The twist was a "regular" and it was almost volcanic compared to the creamsicle, about 5" tall and cost $4.50. Unfortunately the twist was not creamy and tasted like frozen ice. Sad.

I didn't get a chance to pick blueberries, but I'll definitely be back the next time they are in season. I did get a fresh blueberry doughnut and it was delicious! Parking was easy, the workers were all so friendly, and the whole place had a fun, welcoming vibe.

We love that there was no tv because we got to watch highland cows instead !! We also got to sleep to rain and it was so peaceful especially waking up every morning to new friends like pigs and sheep! We also saw: 4 highland cows!! , 2 different types of pigs, a family of sheep (+Anya the sassiest girl), cats, dogs, goats, turkeys (that like hugs but scared meee), guinea fowls, chickens and hens, mini horses and a peacock that sounds like Kevin from UP in the nighttime !! All the staff were super friendly including miss Elaine! Truly an incredible place to visit and get to feed pigs all day.

The price is $8 per pound. There are several varieties of berries that are grown. It is organic and completely safe to eat right off the bush. My kids had a blast trying to find the biggest berry :-) I highly suggest visiting while it is blueberry season. You won't regret it. Come and bring a snack to relax and enjoy on the picnic tables on site. It really is a very relaxing and unique experience.

The blueberries here are USDA certified organic and you are able to enjoy the blueberries straight from the bush! It was great to be able to sample the different varieties of blueberries scattered around, as well as taste the different ripeness of them so you pick the ones you like best! When you arrive you are given a bucket that has a bag attached on the inside and you just get straight to picking! A bucket holds about 5-6 pounds of blueberries and are $8.00 per pound. When you are done, you bring the bucket back to the tent where it is weighed. They accept cash and credit cards. Our group was able to learn a little bit about the history of the farm, what makes the blueberries organic, and the different varietals of blueberries they had, which was very interesting. If you're planning on doing a you-pick during blueberry season, I highly recommend King Grove Organic Farm. The blueberries are delicious, they're organic, the farm is beautiful, and the staff is friendly!
