This brand new hotel is conveniently located just off I-40 in Jackson, Tennessee. It's still pristine in mid-2026 with very clean rooms at half the price of their competitors! I'm not sure how they can charge such affordable rates, but I'm glad they do. The rooms are a little smaller than average, as are the beds. The televisions don't work and perpetually display a "no signal" warning. There isn't a free breakfast. Maybe these contribute to their competitively lower rates. Regardless, if you're okay with simplicity, you'll get a lot for your money here.
Rooms offer a full-size fridge in a kitchenette with a large sink and a two-burner stovetop (bring your own dishes, utensils, and cookware though). You'll have a large trash can and a laundry basket (presumably there's a place to do laundry). The shower is nice, too. And the incredibly strict no-smoking policy is much appreciated! WoodSpring Suites isn't glamorous, but it's the best accommodation under $100 per night that I've ever seen in my travels to all 50 states. read more
