At Meetinghouse he was included and celebrated and came home everyday full of stories about friends and things he'd learned. He loved his teachers and we want to highlight Ms. Maciolek and Ms. Snow in the young children classroom for their dedication and incredible care. They are so good at what they do. They brought calm and thoughtfulness. Our child talked about them with respect and about what they taught him. Mrs. Lancaster and Ms. Abby instantly connected with our child and made him feel part of a great culture. And Mrs. Smith is outstanding in how she runs the school and the tone she sets. We couldn't be happier and feel so proud how how our child learned to be part of a great group. Thank you!!!

My daughter had the exact experience as the review from Taylor. She was told she was a danger to…read morethe class and was dismissed from the childcare facility if you can even call it that. They singled her out and tried to tell me she dI'd not have ADHD because "she (audrey) has kids with adhd and they don't act like this". She was diagnosed with this by a psychiatrist. I asked on many occasions for the staff and director/ owner Audrey to meet with riverbend to make a plan on how to move forward with my daughter's behavior. Audrey would switch the conversation and state "she didn't want to stress me out". They left my daughter with her husband at the front entrance on her last day which made me incridably uncomfortable. Audrey also told me just as Taylor was told that "no other children behave like mine does." Weird Audrey, since another child was told the exact same thing. They told me that she could no longer go to the childcare center through a mere text. Her other daycare which we returned to despite the distance from my new job is helping return my bubbly 4 year to who she was prior to going here. My daughter never acted this way prior to going here. I worry about what happened her there since she is too young to be able to tell me. Most of her behavior is typical for a 4 year old. Even riverbend community mental health confirmed this for me. They hire young kids who do nothing but sit on their phones all day. I walked in on staff doing their makeup despite children being in the building already. I witnessed children in the halls unattended. When my daughter returned to her old daycare the staff and children cheered to see her again. When she left they sent her a box stuffed with gifts as a goodbye gift. her therpist tells me she's a "treasure of a young girl". They tack on an extra charge for those on state assistance which our current/old daycare never did. I asked Audrey many times what the cost of care would be and she told me the same as the other childcare since i had assistance. this was not true. And I didn't find out until afterwards despite basically begging for transparency as a single mom of two.

This school is absolutely terrible for childhood growth and development, especially for those…read morelittle ones who may have a disability. They've done nothing but single out my child, and called me on multiple occasions "Your child is a DANGER, I cannot keep anyone safe!" Meanwhile, he's four with Asperger's syndrome. They kicked out my son with a mere text message, without any kind of professional setting. When I went to go pick up my child's belonging all his art was completely soaked because they haphazardly placed an OPEN water bottle that was full. This seemed to have gotten worse when my husband and I immediately noticed an illegal transaction that was manually processed, for 430 dollars. We addressed this issue with them and it took a MONTH of blatant lack of accountability for their actions, to get any sort of refund. Since that, it seemed like they targeted my child. Jay/James/Jim Moran, the several different aliases that he's presented has a hefty criminal background (theft), knowing this doesn't surprise me now that I've done some research, that that money was illegally taken from our account. Audrey the owner also told my husband that my son "No one acts like your child in all of NH!" If this is how hostile this woman is towards mere 4-year-old shows how's the lack of integrity, and human decency, that she displays as an example to not only the children but the staff. I'm happy to bring this closing with positivity, my son is now being enrolled with an accredited school that specializes in childhood development, and one that has a disability. If you LOVE your child, do not make the mistake I did and bring your child here. I guarantee it'll only get damaged and a very upset child. Best regards

FREE to visit and we'll worth the quick trip off the highway!!…read more So happy we took a quick detour to stop in! We wandered through the elaborate taxidermy and reptile room, ventured up to the top floor viewing deck, and then the small, yet amazing, raptor exhibit. We came in winter, just after Christmas, so maybe the animals hadn't seen many people in the last few days, but they were all alert, moving around and making noise. The barred owls clicked and blinked away, the barn owl poked its head out at us, the red tailed hawk fluffed it's feathers and the bald eagle screeched hello. So cool!

I want all the other seniors like me out there to know that NHA is using our donations to fund special interest groups that have little to nothing to do with our wildlife. After many, many years of birding and contributing to NHA with my dearly departed wife, I can only assume that nature doesn't need our help. Why else would NHA be deviating from their mission to support controversial social issues? It really burns me that you took my picture without my review and let them post it as a positive on their page, where my intent was quite opposite. Let's see if they post this along with the pic- a lie. Beware of donating to NHA! Find out where your money is going before you donate! Great to know the environment in our state doesn't need any more help. Sad that we are being misled into thinking we are contributing to nature. Great that NHA has enough money to fund these groups (most of which are doing quite well on their own, thank you) and won't miss my- let's see-a little over $240 to date this year. Never again. The saddest part is I now have to vet my contributions to other charities (mostly animal and environmental) to find out what they are doing with my money. A sad state of affairs.
