They never told me my insurance stopped and that I was gonna be put on self pay I couldn't believe…read moreit I got charged 100 for every counseling session my insurance wasn't paying so this was a unexpected 800 cash before I could continue the counseling to get my license. they were very abusive to me I got out down over and over by Sarah and my counselor was beyond rude and unprofessional, when my chickens got killed by a ermin she jus says wow I thought you took better care of them. They will put your life on hold they don't get back to you in appropriate times. Many times id wait for the call for my counseling and they didn't call me so I'd call the office over n over with no answer. Then when they did call back they'd say what happened like it was my fault very unprofessional and also inappropriate people at this place do your research they have a long history of screwing people over. All in all they got me for 2 years of my time and 3 grand not counting my insurance. I was on my second class on the 20 hour class and couldn't make it to Concord for one of many random drug test. I asked if I could do a release for my mat program which shows I never have had a dirty and Sarah said ok great all to change her mind. Very cruel people at this place definitely getting ahold of better business bureau. Also they are trying to charge me for the 20 hour class a second time which should be illegal.

Completely f**ked me over after giving them hundreds of dollars. Decided to tell me they no longer…read moretake my insurance after months of dealing with their BS. Its just another scam if you are trying to get your license back. Their office is completely sketchy. They keep their doors locked and I thought their building was completely abandoned. I was about to walk away until my "therapist" came out and awkwardly greeted me for the first time. This guy was completely unprofessional he got nervous and didn't realize he kept pausing and asking the same questions for an hour. This place needs to get removed from the DMV list because they are just another scam. It's sad this is the second "program" that has done this to me.

Where do I begin? First of all, I was a student, not a parent. The parents do not take the course,…read morewe do. I'm also not just some teenager mad because he gave me some constructive criticism. I have played team sports I know how coaches can get. This guy just puts you down just to be mean, there is no learning involved. I'm also two years removed from taking this course so I have had some time to think and compare. I mean coming here will get the job done but prepared for racist, sexist, and anti-semite jokes. I'm not very sensitive at all when it comes to humor but even I was appalled by this dude sometimes. Other than that, he is stubborn, and generally just a mean human being. He routinely made me feel terrible about myself and my driving, probably to boost his ego. I was used to sports coaches doing the same stuff but now looking back I would never let a driving instructor talk to me like he did. Classes also made me fall asleep every day, no exaggeration. If he sees your phone on your desk, he takes it. Generally just a sad excuse for a man. He taught me maybe, I mean MAYBE two things about driving. I spent 20 minutes learning how to park with him and then he never brought it up again. I never learned how to parallel park (which I ended up having to do on my test). Everything else I learned from my mom or from reading the manual myself. I'm begging you, please take someone else. Benson's, Mr. K, wherever. Wait until you're 18 if you have to. This was my last option too, and I regret taking it. Don't waste your money, especially if you don't have the thickest skin.
