Our unit is exactly the way Caren promised it would be and there were only good surprises! The whole community is very pet friendly, with doggy bags and trash cans conveniently located all over the property. We have also met some of the maintenance staff and they are great. Maintenance is responsive within a day or two, most of the time quicker, and do a good job. Staff is friendly and honest. Judy is especially helpful and nice. Relatively quiet and off the main road. Can't beat the convenience, minutes from 22 and 378. Minutes from the airport. A mile or less from Giant supermarket, and several restaurants including the fast food staples, pizza, chinese, hot dog shop, as well as several sit down casual restuarants like Red Robin, Applebee's, Waffle House and Damon's.

I moved in when I was pregnant and construction still happening on the property and was a bit worried about what construction congestion would do to my already heightened hormones...I will say, I was never bothered by it. Terrain has an unbelievable building manager, Josh, who goes above and beyond to make sure our little community is functioning smoothly, kept clean, inviting and most of all, making it feel warm. Josh not only made our moving in transition effortless but has done an excellent job in building a team that works like a well oiled machine to ensure the residents are well taken care of on all fronts. I have lived in other communities where the manager brushes you off when you are in need of help, or kicks the can down the road or makes you feel like youre just a number to fill a vacancy but Josh has always done the most to make Terrain feel like a tight-knit community. From remembering my name, organizing resident events, sending help when I am in need, to constantly tinkering with the decor in our common area to make sure it is just right -- I highly respect Joshs efforts on every front. The second time, we went to look when we were ready to "upgrade" into a nicer apartment. The view is beautiful out there, but you'll pay dearly for it! Their one bedrooms are pricey, but they also some of the largest one bedrooms we've seen at over 900 square feet. Plus, as they are getting older, we noticed that the ones we saw all needed some work. Busted countertops, broken tiles, etc. Nothing life threatening, but with the boom of new complexes in the Valley, it's hard to justify the extra cost unless you just have to have the larger space. Management team is extremely nice. If we need to move into something larger before buying a home, this place would definitely be on our list.

I had spoken with Eric…read moreLuckenbach, referred by my co-worker Bethany Luckenbach about my continuing roof leak after dealing with four different roofing companies that never resolved the problem. KPMM's roofing crew, Chad and Victor, came within two weeks for an estimate and what the problems might be. After accepting their very reasonable estimate, Chad and Victor were back, made repairs that really were not a roof surface problem: caulked the window and eave, added a metal patch-piece to a gap in the soffett, sealed all the nail holes and cracks on outside wall, put a cap on a plumbing vent, and repainted the wooden window frame. They also drew a pencil line on the bathroom ceiling, circling the current stain. They achieved success in one visit of a correct troubleshoot and repair in one try: ceiling is still dry and no spreading stain. I finally have confidence and trust in a company that has the experience and know-how about home repairs. If you need any appliances, the KPMM Open Box store has new/used appliances and many tools, electrical products and decor for you Do-It-Yourselfers--check out their store in Emmaus!
