Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues that may arise, and the lawns and grounds are very well kept. In fact, I see workers out every day when I get home from work. The heat and air conditioning works great, the location is super convenient, and it's quiet. Glad to be living here!

Can't beat the convenience, minutes from 22 and 378. Minutes from the airport. A mile or less from Giant supermarket, and several restaurants including the fast food staples, pizza, chinese, hot dog shop, as well as several sit down casual restuarants like Red Robin, Applebee's, Waffle House and Damon's.

I moved in when I was pregnant and construction still happening on the property and was a bit worried about what construction congestion would do to my already heightened hormones...I will say, I was never bothered by it. Mostly because of the staff. Terrain has an unbelievable building manager, Josh, who goes above and beyond to make sure our little community is functioning smoothly, kept clean, inviting and most of all, making it feel warm. Josh not only made our moving in transition effortless but has done an excellent job in building a team that works like a well oiled machine to ensure the residents are well taken care of on all fronts. I have lived in other communities where the manager brushes you off when you are in need of help, or kicks the can down the road or makes you feel like youre just a number to fill a vacancy but Josh has always done the most to make Terrain feel like a tight-knit community. From remembering my name, organizing resident events, sending help when I am in need, to constantly tinkering with the decor in our common area to make sure it is just right -- I highly respect Joshs efforts on every front. The pride he takes in his job to run this building is seen in how beautiful, inviting and full of calm energy our living space is. I am beyond thrilled with my decision to move into this space. Its wonderful!

RETURN MY DEPOSIT!!! STOP THE DISCRIMINATION!!!…read moreDON'T DON'T RENT HERE. Very unprofessional management team. Trying to do everything to rip their residents off. They should be profiting by collecting rents, not by charging us extra when we babysit a neighbor's dog who also lives here, or by accusing us and charging us for mattress disposal fee which we actually NEVER EVER did!!! The leasing manager claimed they have a 'witness' but she doesn't even know which day was our moveout day. RIDICULOUS! And she ignores my email??? What a professional manager! One of the maintenance staff even said some discriminating comments to me (I was pregnant) and my mom with regard to our gender and ethnicity. As residents here for almost four years, can't say how disappointed we're. So so glad we are out. Would never recommend this place to anyone unless you don't care about money or being treated differently.

Management team is extremely nice. If we need to move into something larger before buying a home, this place would definitely be on our list.

I was finally given access to the unit and when I entered it was a disaster, disgustingly dirty with dirt and grime, a horrendous smell, broken toilet seat and toilet paper holder, a washer that smelled of mold, and a knocked out screen on the floor.
