Robert Woodward, the owner, came to my door offering a "great deal, satisfaction guaranteed, you don't pay unless you are happy." We made an agreement on what trees would be serviced. Then he left, and a day labor crew showed up, and they were only able to complete part of the work that the owner promised. When they were done, the owner was gone forever, not coming back to check work or see if the customer is happy, and the labor crew claimed they had no authority to change the price paid or renegotiate based on their not being able to do the work I paid for, and that if I said anything the owner would "yell at them." Further, they dropped a rather large tree limb on my house, doing damage to a gutter and fence. They said "I will fix it!" when I was out examining the damage. Then none of them lifted a finger to re-seat my fence post or un-bend my gutter. These guys get an F rating on BBB. Robert is a pro salesman, but don't fall for it when he shows up at your door. He doesn't care about you, the customer, or his workers. read more
