Then he left, and a day labor crew showed up, and they were only able to complete part of the work that the owner promised. When they were done, the owner was gone forever, not coming back to check work or see if the customer is happy, and the labor crew claimed they had no authority to change the price paid or renegotiate based on their not being able to do the work I paid for, and that if I said anything the owner would "yell at them." Further, they dropped a rather large tree limb on my house, doing damage to a gutter and fence. They said "I will fix it!" when I was out examining the damage. Then none of them lifted a finger to re-seat my fence post or un-bend my gutter. These guys get an F rating on BBB. Robert is a pro salesman, but don't fall for it when he shows up at your door. He doesn't care about you, the customer, or his workers.

In April 2022, when we had a landscaper remove the ground stump debris, they determined that a significant amount of the stump still remained for one tree. We called twice and left voicemails with no return calls. Then after a third call from a different phone number, we finally spoke to Timmy who said he would remediate the issue but then cut us off before the call was completed. It's now been a week with no response to texts or any effort on their part to address the issue. Of course, the work is paid in full. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. They applied similar pressure when doing work for my mom who's in her 80s. (I believe the individual in charge of work done for me and my mother is no longer with the company, but I'm not certain.) Turns out, the crew didn't have a stump grinder with them and said they'd catch the stumps the next time they were in the area. Wish I hadn't paid them at the time. Six months later, my mom and I were still staring at stumps. Timmy, the owner, was very polite when we spoke with him about the delay, but it took a couple months of weekly phone calls to get them back in town to do the work already paid for. Everything was fine at my mom's house, but the stump grinder damaged cobblestone edging and cracked the iron covers on the driveway drain, and they also cut a pipe in my irrigation system. Total damage $155, excluding the cobblestones. After promising to reimburse me for the repairs, they never sent a check, and now they're not answering my calls. The last message I left asked them to please call or at least let me know if they have no intention of repaying me for the damage done. It's been almost two months -- nothing.
