Though a tad too heavy on the coconut, their curry was tasty and contained a nice mix of veggies (not enough sweet potato). Their chicken wings were well-made as well, featuring pieces of chorizo for an occasional burst of flavor. It's unfortunate that the menu didn't mention either the coconut or the fact that the chicken was wings/legs, but that's a small omitted blemish on an otherwise great experience (their service is attentive and congenial). In short, Stan & Co is in idea that was well thought out and carefully constructed.
