The owner, TJ was responsive and got his partner Tom over to access the situation despite the short notice and rainy weather. We agreed on price and they came the next day. However, the hill had been planted the week before trying to stabilize the incline. I notified the team of the plantings. When done, they said they were careful and didn't damage anything. My gardener accessed the area the next day, and they had damaged three of the recent dogwood plantings. Only one could be saved. When I notified Tom at the company he said there was nothing he would do to make it right. Not even an apology. Overall, they were responsive given the urgency of the situation, and I am pleased with the team of men that cut the tree out.
