I have called Kevin multiple times now, as I have had to empty 2 homes this year for both parents…read more Kevin answers right away; if I text, I usually get a response within 45 seconds. When I'm juggling a million things and organizing many people, this is a huge deal. On multiple occasions, Kevin has come out in person to assess different piles of stuff. They're usually filled with awful heavy things; in basements, in attics, covered in spiders, lots of hazardous materials like old motor oil, etc. He is always trying to give a low, fair rate. Usually, by the end of the job, the total is higher than the quote. Kevin was always extremely forthcoming about this, and each time, I have respected and agreed with the increase. When you are personally moving a Ton of stuff yourself, you can appreciate how easy it is to under-estimate how much work will be involved. At the end of each job, I have Really felt the price matched the work. Kevin and his crew work extremely hard. He brings professionalism and conviviality to every job. His team is always polite, careful and organized. It seems like a small thing, but I appreciate the way Kevin talks to me and to his crew. They're always focused but considerate with each other. I trust them in my space, and I'm always grateful for their efforts. He is always on time, and he really helped me make some last minute deadlines. I do trust him and would call him again in a heartbeat. Settling an Estate and emptying a home is a marathon effort. There are people you find along the way who feel like real allies, who go above and beyond and prove their skills and reliability again and again. Kevin was one of those people for me.
