This has been going on for years and they have taken no steps to resolve. There are a great number of appointments that are not made because of this phone line issue. Im sure there are many people in need that cannot get through to them for this reason.

When you finally do to confirm your appointment because they want you to schedule online and they never send out a confirmation your told your appointment is confirmed. I even finally got an email I should've received when I made the appointment for the 3rd time! I get there only to be told my appointment was canceled because the prescription wasn't filled out properly. I uploaded it three times in over a weeks time. You would think they would have called the doctor. Instead they just cancel your appointment and don't notify anyone. It's also worth mentioning that my doctors strongly disagreed with the interpretations from my last tests done there. Go somewhere else. This is a place of death where the employees couldn't care less about you. A system geared for death.

The staff was nice and friendly and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. It did took some time just because of the paperwork I had to fill out. Once I was in the room, it was matter of relaxing and let the machines do the work. I would come back here again because it's located near my home and the staff is good.

I called and got a quick appointment (Barnabas wanted 4 weeks, Morristown wanted 4 weeks, Rahway got me in 10 days). Sheryl at registration was very polite and professional. The doctor sent the wrong form and she called and got the right one in minutes. She walked me down to CT Scan when we were done registering. Once I got into CT Scan, I encountered Stephanie, Solomon, Shannen, Maureen and Miriam. Two of them were trainees. Everyone was very polite, kind, professional, and concerned about my wellbeing. Shortly after I got home, I had the Scan report. Things went smoothly. I want to Thank all of them for politeness, professionalism, concern and efficiency. Rahway had a great cafeteria after my pre-scan fasting. And I love the 'small' parking lot - with more than ample parking and a short walk, vice the monster parking garage with a long walk - I'm handicapped and have a hard time navigating long walks. We are waiting for X-rays results, that was told to me that it would take 15 mins! I asked one of the nurses kindly "how long would it take for the results?" She gives me an attitude and says " I am not your nurse! Talk to her!" she did not state a name, or apologize for her tone of voice. If you want to be kindly well taken care of GO STRAIGHT TO JFK HOSPITAL!!!! This is not the place to take your loved ones!!

She is a very pleasant person to be around and my sessions were very successful. The facility is also very nice with the white marble floors everywhere.
