This has been going on for years and they have taken no steps to resolve. There are a great number of appointments that are not made because of this phone line issue. I get there only to be told my appointment was canceled because the prescription wasn't filled out properly. I uploaded it three times in over a weeks time. You would think they would have called the doctor. Instead they just cancel your appointment and don't notify anyone. It's also worth mentioning that my doctors strongly disagreed with the interpretations from my last tests done there. Go somewhere else. This is a place of death where the employees couldn't care less about you. A system geared for death.

The staff was nice and friendly and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. It did took some time just because of the paperwork I had to fill out. Once I was in the room, it was matter of relaxing and let the machines do the work. I would come back here again because it's located near my home and the staff is good.

I called and got a quick appointment (Barnabas wanted 4 weeks, Morristown wanted 4 weeks, Rahway got me in 10 days). Sheryl at registration was very polite and professional. The doctor sent the wrong form and she called and got the right one in minutes. She walked me down to CT Scan when we were done registering. Once I got into CT Scan, I encountered Stephanie, Solomon, Shannen, Maureen and Miriam. Two of them were trainees. Everyone was very polite, kind, professional, and concerned about my wellbeing. Shortly after I got home, I had the Scan report. Things went smoothly. I want to Thank all of them for politeness, professionalism, concern and efficiency. Rahway had a great cafeteria after my pre-scan fasting. And I love the 'small' parking lot - with more than ample parking and a short walk, vice the monster parking garage with a long walk - I'm handicapped and have a hard time navigating long walks. We are waiting for X-rays results, that was told to me that it would take 15 mins! I asked one of the nurses kindly "how long would it take for the results?" They will work with your insurance company and if there's any issues, you will be contacted ASAP. I made an appointment on Sunday morning. Yes, I know I'm bad for not attending church, but here I am checked in with my id and insurance card. Within minutes, I was called in the technician and I changed out of my clothes into a provided hospital robe. I suggest leaving all jewelry at home and values away. There no locker. Your personal belongings will be left in the room unattended. Other than that, the technician will guide you what angle to lay down and provide any pillow wedge necessary. It is a closed mri so good thing I'm not claustrophobic. You'll be given ear plugs to limit the loud volume coming from the mri machine. Once the mri is completed, you can go back to the change your clothes and at the receptionist desk, pick up a cd of the mri images. The report finding is provided a week later online. You'll be given and code to enter online to view/print your report. The doctors office will automatically receive the same report. This place has great hours, parking, it's clean. Service is friendly. I total recommend them.

Not here...I received the VIP treatment from everyone from the receptionist, the doc's assistants, and the doc herself. My appointment was such a pleasure! Her soft, subtle touch resulted in the most amazing painless results. I've had injections for years and always bruise, bleed, experience a lot of pain and I significantly swell. Not this time! I went shopping immediately afterwards (looking for Sanna's shoes which I loved) since I felt great, wasn't in any pain, and didn't have any facial bruises (even after 80 units!). It was insane because it really didn't hurt. She was the most gentle doc I've ever been to. We discussed my goals for the injections and she really, genuinely listened to me. She asked me questions and gave me good advice. I inquired about getting undereye botox injections but she refused due to safety reasons. I was floored. Most docs give me what I want because they're money hungry. Not Avenel Primary Care and not Sanna Arshad! My appointment was quick but not at all rushed.
