That's why I was so happy to hear about 'The Wash' from a neighbor, who raved about the nearby business. Her ravings were justified. This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices too. I HIGHLY recommend The Wash!

On arrival, we were able to change out our paper money for coins using the change machine. There are a lot of machines of various sizes so it was just to choose the best size for the job. There is clear instruction on the machine in how to use which was easy to follow. This was a relief. The place is clean and at the time of day when I went, 2:45 on a Monday, there was only a few people using the machines. There was no issue getting a machine. Prices to wash ranged from $4.25 to $15.00 for the huge machines. To dry is .25 per 4 mins. This we had to ask someone as there is no pricing posted. They also provide spray bottles with sanitizers and paper towels for cleaning. Would come back here if I need to use a laundromat again.

Its in a plaza that contains a dollarama, a yoga, studio, coffee time, and a bank. The room is long and narrow, there is a small bathroom on the end and a little utility sink. There are two change makers, a soap centre to buy soap and fabric softener sheets, a candy dispenser (25¢ for a hand full), and a pop machine. They have 31 washing machines (they are numbered) and about 20 dryers. The machines range from the kinds you find at home to big commercial triple load washers. The dryers are the big ones you would normally see at laundromats. The place is pretty clean and well maintained. I think it switched hands last year and the new owners came in and cleaned and repaired everything. Benches are at either end of the room and they have a few cameras. They open from 6am to 11 pm

I spent about 10 minutes in the cramped building looking for a sign for the wifi until eventually I called their number. The woman who picked up was rude in that lazy, I don't give a shit attitude as she asked me which coin laundry I was in. After telling her she said that it first didn't work and then that it was taken away because people were abusing it. The inconsistency of her story convinced me that it was never available at this location. When I highlighted that they were advertising as having wifi online she acted disinterested and informed me that it was no problem. I guess I wouldn't have had as much of a problem with this if I a) hadn't been lied to and b) was treated like shot when I asked about it.
