The price is very competitive- especially for the quality of the screening material itself as well as the very robust and well engineered framing tracks; covers and so on. We just finished our 4th project today, an outdoor patio covering. We've done a concrete firepit, pool decking and sunroom. These projects were not inexpensive, but I felt that the value is there for the craftsmanship, warranty and overall experience. I appreciate that they answer their phones when you call and they get back to you quickly. The craftsmanship is excellent. Jose and his team really did impressive work. I appreciate the fact that Chip who oversaw several aspects of our projects helped to advise us whenever we had questions. In all 4 projects, I never had a concern about who was coming to work at our home. The crews left the work sites clean and orderly and always took great care to make sure our yard was cleaned off. (I can tell you there aren't many companies who actually do that!) The project wasn't always perfect, but no construction ever is. Here is where Express Sunrooms set themselves apart. When my husband and I weren't happy with part of the project, Express made it right. They truly stand behind their work and resolved our concern. I would recommend Express Sunrooms to anyone in the Lowcountry.

She's about 7 months pregnant so we have so many things going on, before the baby gets here so we HAD to make sure we had waterproof flooring installed throughout the house so we'd never have to worry about flooring ever again! Ray's Flooring gave me a great price for 1700 ft2, and 26 stairs. I didn't want to have to do anything because of work and my wife being pregnant so I coordinated a delivery through them where they brought all 6000 lbs. into my home, they removed all 1700 ft2 of laminate, padding, and tile from the bathrooms, and carpet on the stairs. We loved the home from the moment we walked in, it just needed some updates to really make it ours. I tip my hat to Jonathan, Robert, and the awesome team at Ray's Flooring for turning my house into a home! The flooring looks amazing, the installers were very friendly, and also receptive to feedback (mostly my wife asking for updates, lol). They did this whole project in just 3 days! Quick and efficient!!!! THANK YOU!

This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!
