After getting my first real job and getting the benefits and funds to (finally) take care of myself. The one thing I wanted to get done ASAP was removing my wisdom teeth. All 4 of mine had grown in, luckily straight up, and didn't cause me to get them out sooner than expected. I was referred to this location and from what I remember, was an easy process. I made the appointment, went to it and told them what I wanted. They gave me the process/plan/billing of what it would be to get that procedure done. I remember meeting Dr. Harris and just saying "Please get these extra teeth out of my mouth. I have too many and I want them out!" haha. The front desk staffs were super friendly and helpful with any questions that I may have had. Day of surgery: My boyfriend (now hubby) was the driver who got me there and home after the surgery. When I got there, I signed my forms, and was brought to the back. They gave me some medicine that knocked me out and then woke me up when it was all over. I seriously thought it was maybe 30 mins or an hour. My husband still to this day told me that it was no more than 10-15 mins. He said he was just getting cozy on the waiting chair and just got mid-page of an article until they call him back to come "Pick me up". I "supposedly" kept telling the staff and Dr. Harris "Thank you" while they were doing the finishing process and got me into the car. No more than the weekend, my mouth healed great. It was so crazy feeling those crazy holes of the missing teeth in my mouth. At the follow up, Dr. Harris checked my mouth/gums...everything looked good. I couldn't help but ask if I could give him a hug. He really helped me out with the removal of my wisdom teeth and I highly recommend him to those who wish to get their wisdom teeth out! He was really awesome (AND great at his job!), staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks Dr. Harris!

The staff began calling as many surgeons in the area as they could in order to find one in my network and get a benefits verification for me beforehand. This is without me even asking!! They could sense my hesitation and jumped on it. Meanwhile, the dentist massaged my jaw for a good 10 minutes. She called one of her colleagues who's an oral surgeon and got his opinion and i was able to avoid surgery all together thanks to his diagnosis and my dentist's thorough massage. I am so used to begging for care and having to navigate medical situations without assistance. But here, it felt like all hands on were deck to get me care & coverage, and I didn't have to ask for anything. I cannot recommend them enough. This is how healthcare should be.

Dr Sweeney did an amazing job on my surgery, and took the time to ensure I understood all of my options before the surgery, and why I was having the surgery. He didn't talk to me like I was "dumb", like I have had dentists do in the past. He used visuals to explain what was going on with my gums, and was very nice and educational.
