We wanted to go to a Korean market to see if they had Korean drinks and items and although they did have the usual like other oriental stores, this one had more stuff in bulk. This stores sits in the center of a plaza and next to it is a new Korean restaurant. Employees were working and stocking shelves when we walked in. It says the store is newly opened but I don't know for how long, it looks clean. They have fresh kimchi and Bonchon side dishes and a lot of variety there with nice cuts of meats in the frozen section. It was definitely out of the way for us since it's not near the other Asian towns. This one is located in Winter Park in an older area but it had a lot of bakeries and stuff nearby. It was a good trip but I don't know if I would make the trip out unless needing things in bulk.

This place is a diamond in the rough, quite literally. The surrounding area is not the nicest but the inside of the store is clean, neat, organized and does not have the typical Asian store smell. It's a close proximity to Maitland and Altamonte so if you prefer not to travel all the way to the other stores on Colonial near Pine Hills (aka Crime Hills) this is the place. It is well stocked with all the necessary Asian store provisions. Prices are fair. Definitely check it out!

Woo Sung Oriental Food Market is located in the Northgate Plaza. I was s nit disappointed with their inventory (or rather lack thereof). With places like Lotte Market and other large Asian markets nearby, I prefer heading to those locations as opposed to this particular location.

Great finds on the candy aisle.

Wow! This is definitely a hidden gem. We had a few things on our list and were not near the Mills/50 area and didn't want to fight with parking so this was perfect! There are so many choices for all of the different Asian cuisines and we bought way more than we expected. There was some guesswork with some of the items we picked since the packages aren't in English... this is authentic, remember! Anyhow, amazing selection of packaged and fresh items with prices that are fair. We will be back soon to get some more of the seasonings, shrimp chips, and sweet potato noodles for sure. Whatever else happens to fall in our cart will be a surprise.

Impressive find!!! So I've been going to the Asian markets on 50 and didn't realized this amazing little gem was here. I came by looking for a few Korean products and was presently surprised. The parking lot is not busy so finding parking is a plus! Upon entering the store is clean and organized. The produce looks fresh and decently priced. I loved walking down the ramen isle, I've made so many different ramen this week.....no good for my diet! Definitely my new go to for random finds.

    Kimchi anyone?

Ample parking. Store is clean. Produce is always presentable, clean and easily on display. Offers hard to find Asian food products.

I pretty much ordered the Classic Halo Halo - They have another version that leans more towards Americanized but the classic is the Filipino Traditional version. When it was delivered - I noticed it had more milky shaved ice than toppings. (As you can see from the picture). The toppings included - Shredded coconut, Flan, Ube Halaya, Colorful Kaong, Sweet beans, Sweetened Banana and Jackfruit. Before you can see it was more loaded in the glass. The price was $10.50 which is not bad for the size. The milk shaved ice was tooo sweet for my liking. I can tell it was a pre made milk ice block that they shaved once ordered. It fulfilled the craving nonetheless. Also I noticed some were buying the Siopao. Especially the Pork Asado one. They were almost out inside the cooler. I was told by staff that someone delivers the siopaos (the baker) and they are 4 huge siopao for $10.95. The Siopao were the BEST I have had. Better than the filipino franchised bakeries, That is how good these are. You can tell they are homemade. They are large tender soft fluffy light dough and not too thick ratio with the pork asado filling. The filling is packed inside the dough and that is what I love about this siopao. Its not mostly dough. It is evened out throughout - Every bite you get the filling. I will def get these again. Service here is ok - I noticed the check out tab .. They divide the taxes when you pay the bill and its confusing at first as to why they add 3 types of "taxes" for a bill. You are paying 3 taxes along with the sub total of the bill. Other than that - The Halo Halo was a popular dessert this day throughout the diners,

When it was time to pay, they haven't cooked the Turon and we have to wait 15 minutes for it. Which we didn't. The server apologized. The ambience was casual. The AC is not that good. They had fans all over to keep the place somewhat cool. We ordered chicken chicharron, too salty. Bangsilog was bland, the chicharron made up for the taste. The longsilog, my husband didn't like. He said, it's not the same as the one I usually cook for him. It tasted old to me. The garlic fried rice was good. Not going back.

Went to Inay's Kitchen last night (2/6/26) after our daughter's afterschool event. We were hungry and excited to have sisig, crispy pata and pansit. Pansit was salty and seems like scrap as the noodles were just about an inch long, not your normal pansit noodles. We waited and asked for a set of plates so we can eat it while waiting for the rest of our order. Took time for them to give us plates while the pansit was getting cold. We ate it nevertheless as we were hungry and no other choice but to finish it. Crispy pata, we were looking forward to dive in and munch it... it was priced at $24.99, we were expecting a big serving as with Max's pata is around $26 per order. Yes we were surprised when they served a 4 inches by 3 inches by 3 inches with the bone of course, and that was it. We asked if the price is still the same and we were told that it was small so they will give us discount for it. Come bill payment time, we were charged $21.99 for it and was told that they were giving us the $3 discount from the original price. IMO, the food is overpriced thus the reason why there were no customers on a Friday evening (7pm). Don't get me wrong, we love supporting Filipino restaurants but this one is really not worth it. Find a restaurant that is worth paying for the quality food that you will be eating, this restaurant is not that.

Phil-Asian Foodmart: A Taste of Authentic Filipino Cuisine…read more Location: Kissimmee, Florida Nestled in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida, Phil-Asian Foodmart offers a delightful culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Filipino cuisine. What sets this eatery apart is its unique turo-turo style, reminiscent of the convenience of Panda Express but with a Filipino twist. Upon my recent visit, I indulged in the Filipino menudo and bistek combo, and I was not disappointed. The menudo boasted tender pieces of liver harmonizing with the savory sausage, all enveloped in a rich tomato sauce. The bistek, reminiscent of lomo saltado, was a symphony of flavors, with the tangy calamansi cutting through the richness of the soy sauce base. Surprisingly, Phil-Asian Foodmart is not merely a market but also features a cozy dining area where patrons can savor their meals on-site. It's more akin to a restaurant with a small market attached, offering the best of both worlds. However, given the changing daily selections, it's advisable to call ahead or arrive around noon to experience the full array of dishes. The culinary adventure doesn't end with lunch; Phil-Asian Foodmart also caters to early risers with traditional Filipino breakfast options from 7 am to 10 am. Longanisa with egg and garlic rice promises to be a delightful treat worth waking up for. Moreover, the market section of Phil-Asian Foodmart is a treasure trove for Filipino food enthusiasts. You can find sauces, snacks, frozen meats, bakery items, and even Filipino cosmetics. I rode my bike here today since I found out it was only 3 miles from my house. I can't wait for my next visit to Phil-Asian Foodmart. I'll bring a car next time so I can take more food home. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado of Filipino cuisine or a curious foodie looking to expand your palate, Phil-Asian Foodmart promises an authentic and satisfying dining experience.
