At there Best. Oh my God what a nightmare

Worst shop ever PLEASE check other shops in the same area which are way better with better reputations. I truly wish I would've, worst mistake I've ever done! This guys doesnt care about his customers pretty much just want his money, loves to pass the blame from his workers to the actual client. Even for the simplest thing. OHHHH AND THE WORK is horrendous!!!! Check out pictures of my car and several others on other reports. For simple little thing that kids can do. Yes all day bring it to him but real projects or accidents PLEASE go some where else. The life you save my just be your own. Not a professional.

I want to thank Chris at Won't Stop Customs for a job well done on my chrome delete. Chris was recommended to me by a very good friend but I priced out 2 other shops that were recommended as well. All 3 quoted about the same price so I know I was getting a fair one. Chris was very responsive when I was bouncing ideas off him via text on buying aftermarket parts vs. painting originals. Ultimately, I ended up buying every part aftermarket in gloss black and then had WSC paint the window trim in gloss black to match the rest. They installed the parts and now my Jeep's transformation is complete. I'm glad I chose WSC and can say that I appreciate the work and fairness.

    Clearly not the same color.

The employee who agreed to set it told me that he thought I needed to switch its placement. I did so even though I knew I placed it correctly. He tries, with difficulty, putting the terminal on the node. Afterwards, the random guy outside who agreed to help said it needed to be switched. The autozone employee had put the negative on the positive end of the batter. I can't remember if he put the positive on the negative end of the battery as well. After I switched the battery back, it was hooked properly. During the process, the starter fuse blew. None of them verbally guessed that was the reason. They told me these things just happen sometimes and the battery wasn't installed properly. I went to goodyear to get the starter fuse replaced. I left autozone with my car in worse shape than when I arrived. Now, nearly, if not all, of the electrical stuff inside the car does not work. I can't lock or unlock the doors with my car key. I can't lock or unlock the car doors with the switch inside the car. I have to use each lock on the individual doors. My car is old. I think that is partly why I can't use the key to physically lock and unlock the car. I might get lucky though. Also, I never requested the random person's help. He got upset with me. I am unsure why. I think it was he believed I wasn't doing what I could or following all of his instructions. I need to spend more money to fix what they broke. I went back to return the fuses I purchased from them. I explained to the person at the register what happened. She told me that she didn't believe anyone messed up and that things happen sometimes. I didn't want to lose my cool so I didn't respond. I refuse to believe that all of the people who work there didn't immediately think that the reason why the starter fuse blew was due to the charges of the battery being on the opposite sides! I spent $200 on the batter and $200 to get the starter fuse replaced. I should have went to walmart and looked at a youtube video.

Don't hate on me, if you've met me you know I love all shapes and sizes. I'm just saying this review is about an Auto Parts store so it's only useful for 20% of my Yelp friends and probably 20% of Yelp users in general. Don't come here if you're a good Ol' Boy who had Mexican for lunch, everything about this place is slow motion. Add on top of that if you want advice from anyone over the age of 30 about anything seriously automotive, as nice as I've found most of the employees to be, you're outta luck. From my step Dad to my Dad and friends, every man I grew up around was either building or owned a Beach Buggy, Hot Rod or 'Stock Car' so I basically spent a ton of time in Auto Parts stores. Back in those days, without exception the parts guy was a white haired fella that also had Hot Rods, loved cars more than anything and knew his sh*t. Those guys would keep you half a day, they never shut up. They really loved what they did. Everything about Auto Parts stores has changed over the years. As for this location it's small, actually much smaller than a lot of their other locations so the off the shelf items are pretty limited except for the amount of engine oil they have on display. As I mentioned, this location is usually very slow, in maybe 20 visits I've only seen employees at both registers at the same time twice. I'm an old f*** so I most times want things to be the way I want things to be, maybe a 'lil too much, but that's what us old f***ers are known for. Truth be told, I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I almost don't want Autozone to get their sh*t together so I'll have just one more thing to complain about as I ride out into the sunset in my 'golden years'.
