What was never properly explained to me was that I would now be responsible for paying for an entirely separate line every single month. Had the manager clearly explained that adding a line would significantly increase my monthly bill, I would have NEVER agreed to it. I would have rather paid toward a simple upgrade instead of being locked into additional monthly charges. What upsets me the most is the lack of communication and transparency.
