Our first attempt to walk into Lee Douglas was railroaded by our perception that this business was…read moremore consulting than furniture; consulting/designing wasn't what we needed. So we bypassed it and went into The Loft around the corner! (Read my review on The Loft. An amazing place that I just want to soak in!) At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them! Recommend you stop in and ask for Brenda. She won't disappoint!!

My heater was leaking and making a mess ALL over my the carpet in the hallway in my basement & I called other places who said they were coming & didn't come out. Turns out, it was just a REALLY plugged filter. Apparently you should change them once a year, so after 5... it was due... ‍ Opps. The guy who came out was GREAT! He was super friendly, helpful and cleaned everything out, got me a new filter & an extra one for next year. Leak fixed and told me how to cheaply fix the uneven heat flow throughout the house. Definitely recommend and will call them for all my needs. I got my bill today and was pleasantly surprised it was affordable as well!
