    When I entered my new apartment it was a complete disaster from the last tenant leaving trash in…read morethe closest, and the fridge full of food. Sheila is an amazing cleaner because she wants you to feel at home in your space by doing everything she can to make it feel clean and comfortable. Sheila was able to come the next day to do a walk through of the apartment and answer any all of my questions. She was able to deep clean the entire apartment including removing all hard water stains, cleaning the walls, removing the trash, and even removing the old bed and bed frame that was left there down the stairs. When I came back to the apartment that day it was amazing what she had accomplished in only 8 hours. Not only is she a cleaner she is a Gardner turning an overgrown yard into a beautifully groomed space where you can relax in the front and back of the building. Also, she was able to fix the tub not draining as well which I thought only a magician was going to be able to do. I am so grateful for all Sheila and her staff have done making my space feel clean, so that I can feel at home.

Charges $20 per additional person, even if that person is under the age of 18 (One of their 'crew' was their VERY young child, 2 others seemed to be teenagers, I was not thrilled to be charged for that, nor did I prepare my 26 year old male apartment to have children in it) And the biggest con: I sent the feedback my landlord had given me to them - only by quoting my landlord. The response I got was ridiculous. I almost wonder if their customer service is one of their young children, because the few coherent thoughts were based on absolute lies. "Things were still not out of the way we do have pictures of proof but a 2 bedroom unit she did say takes time u asked for 2hrs so thats what we did clean as much as we could to our best of ability". My quote was 2-4 hours, they took 1.75 hours, and I was charged for 2. I never specified that it needed to happen in 2, they imposed that all on their own, just to not complete their job. I even asked, specifically, what I need to do to prepare the apartment for them to do their job fully, and after following their instruction to the letter, they attempt to gaslight me, saying that I didn't prepare the apartment and ordered the wrong cleaning (If you have a soda in the fridge or boxes in a room, don't call it a move out cleaning or else they'll skip it! They'll steal your money.) Once they have your money, they couldn't care less if they did the job to the full extent. They aren't open to hearing feedback, and they exploit their children to profit more. Hire a real professional, or do what I should have done and have your landlord clean it or use who they recommend. I could have gotten my place cleaned twice over, for the same price, without having to deal with the headache that has been my last few days. No effort was taken by the 'business' to follow up with feedback, no accountability, and no transparency of their use of children for labor.

As a property owner, I would choose any business besides this business (even hire a college student). I saw first hand how horrid of a job she did in the cleaning and her response as a business. She sent her friends to write random stuff on a public review so it would try to counteract the negative review. And now it's clear from multiple sources that it's a shady business. You deserve anyone besides this business! If you want cleaner recommendations, pm me and I have a couple amazing individuals and business with a high level of professionalism and integrity. UPDATE: Three weeks ago after posing this review, the owner said she would refund my money if I removed my negative review. She still has not refunded me and she has now blocked me from posting on her business page. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS "BUSINESS"!! I had a nightmare experience with them. What's worse is when I complained and asked to not have to pay for inadequate work, the owner threatened me by charging more money if I didn't pay up. IT'S CLEAR THAT THIS "BUSINESS HAS NO CLUE HOW TO RUN AN ACTUAL BUSINESS!!! I arranged to have someone come out to help me with cleaning my duplex for move out. She charged me for six hours of cleaning and did hardly anything from the requested detailed list of what to clean. I'm so grateful that I decided to check the place before I turned in my keys to my landlord because literally nothing was completed from the list. Did she clean the shower? Sure, but left cleanser all over the entire shower and did not clean the hard water build up as requested. I asked for the 8 light fixtures to be cleaned and only one was done. I'VE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE IN MY LIFE!! I could have paid a college kid to come clean it for half the price and it would have been done better. I contacted the owner to let her know nothing had been done. She apologized and said that she would send someone out to fix the problem and would fire the employee. When someone hadn't shown up on the day promised, I again reached out and she explained that they only had 1-2 hours available to complete the work and not the SIX necessary. The owner came out and said things had been cleaned but after I started showing her what hadn't been done and how terrible the work was, she too questioned whether her employee had actually done anything or just sat around the whole time. The owner asked what I wanted done and I showed her the original list. She refused and said that wasn't possible for her to do what was asked. I then had to tell her step-by-step what needed to be cleaned as if she didn't know how to look at the list and make sure all the things were done. When I asked her to clean the doors, doorjambs and baseboards, she said, "I'll just clean the outsides of the door because that's all people see anyway." It's hardly what's advertised as "OCD clean." The owner made me feel pressured into saying she could leave without finishing the work and then demanded that I pay for the six hours her employee was there DOING NOTHING! The owner further refused to clean the walls, blinds, baseboards, etc. ensuring that my property manager (PM) would not care about those things. Sure enough, when my PM came out to check for cleaning, I had to spend an additional FIVE HOURS cleaning the things the owner and her staff didn't do despite them being paid for it. IT WAS LITERALLY A WASTE OF MONEY TO HIRE THIS "BUSINESS"!!
