We had our grandson's first birthday and it was wonderful. The staff was so helpful, the facility was perfect. We liked that the age is for younger kids. Safe, clean. The owner was amazing and helpful. Would highly recommend for a birthday party. We live out of state, and I did everything over the phone. Great price also. My grandson loves to play. This review is long overdue. I've been a member since the first day they've opened and I would say this is the best thing that Wesley Chapel has. Not only do they have toddler indoor play place but they also have a small café and a seating area that's suitable for people that want to study or work while their little ones play. So here's my honest review: Location is in the perfect spot. It's right down Bruce B downs and located by a target. It's easily accessible and the parking is easy to find. Another pro to the location is that a few doors down is a Smoothie King. What's better than going to a play place to have coffee, let your little one play in a modern and clean playground and getting a smoothie afterwards? Environment: very clean, spacious and modern. I love the art decor and all the modern toys that the little ones can play with that's a big jungle gym. That's good for one and a half-year-old and up. My little one absolutely loves it. The creativity of the place is so fun. There's a small little hospital and a supermarket and Ava's ice cream place. This really gives the children a creative mind to have fun. Coffee: very particular with my coffee and I gotta say for a place. Their coffee is absolutely amazing. They have different seasonal drinks like the WonderFALL latte. You can choose options like a coffee shop from adding pecans to syrups and cream foam. They make them so good! I rate this a 10/10. Staff: super friendly, very welcoming and always on top of cleaning the toys and restrooms. Events: this is what attracted me the most. When being a member you're a little one can play any time, have a café to grab some coffee, a seating area with a workspace and on top of it all they do events for members like a Galentine's Day for the Mamas, Noon years eve balloon drop and much more. Room rental: You have the option of renting a room for an event as well. Another plus! All the details are on their website. This is honestly what Wesley Chapel needed: a place to meet other families have good coffee have fun playing with your little one and an overall good time. This cafe/play concept has SO much potential. It's a great space for parents and their kids, if you need to get some work done, or if you're a SAHM and just need a change of scenery with your kiddos. The employees at the cafe counter were very sweet and helpful. I ordered a matcha and it was great. The play area is where the concerns come in. The play space is for all ages (if I remember correctly no children over the age of 6 are allowed in the play space in general) this means the tiny 8-11 month olds are in the same space as the 4-5 year olds. There is a space for young kids, it's a ball pit area - but it isn't an enclosed space...so the older kids can help themselves to that area as well. Having a combined space wouldn't be so bad, but some of the parents are there to work, or conduct virtual meetings - and their kids are playing without really being supervised. This puts some parents in predicaments, like myself, as I sit with my 10 month old and 2 kids around 5 or 6 years old come barreling through the play space running at top speed with the mini metal shopping carts. They're kids, they're just playing and they don't mean any harm - but God forbid a parent looks away for even a second and one of those baskets rams into a 10 or 12 month old - they could be badly hurt. I think a staff member should be supervising the play space for those specific instances. It would bring some structure to the play area instead of feeling like it's out of control. Aside from the lack of supervision, the play space is really neat and there's a little bit of something for all the kiddos. It really is a cool concept, with a few tweaks it would be the ideal space for kids and parents. read more

Great concept. Coffee, treats, and open kids play. Cameras to watch your kids go around the corner. Took my kid an hour to warm up but once she was in it was hard getting her out. Coffee tasted a bit off. I got a hot one coconut latte and my husband got an iced one chocolate strawberry latte. It didn't taste like anything just a bland coffee. it's nice to have the idea of getting a coffee and letting your kids have fun. read more

We've been coming here since they first opened. My 3 year old loves it here. It's clean, very spacious, and she enjoys the toys/play area. We come in Saturday afternoons and there are always plenty of kids here for her to play with. The seating area for parents is great because I have full view of the play area while I sip on my delicious iced latte with oat milk. The staff are AMAZING. They are very sweet, interact with the kids on occasion, and always cleaning as well. I'm so glad this is conveniently close to home. I highly recommend checking this place out, especially during the hot summer months. read more

As much as I love this café and its concept--especially for stay-at-home moms or busy parents who want to balance work and playtime for their children--I do have a few concerns. The idea behind the café is fantastic, but the lack of supervision in the play area is worrying. While parents should absolutely be responsible for watching their own children, I believe there should also be an employee stationed inside the play area to ensure that everyone is playing safely and appropriately. That should really be the standard here, particularly since the café is designed to let parents relax or work while their children play. Another concern is that all the snacks and drinks are easily accessible to children. This makes it difficult to prevent them from grabbing items--sometimes even opening or drinking them--before parents have a chance to intervene, which can lead to unnecessary and expensive purchases. Placing the snacks behind the counter would make much more sense. Overall, the concept of this café is wonderful and has great potential to attract many parents. With better supervision in the play area and more controlled access to snacks, it would create a safer, more enjoyable, and more comfortable environment for everyone. read more

I normally don't write negative reviews. However, it needs to be addressed as it is a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE FOR OUR CHILDREN. We visited this place for the first time today with so much anticipation. Unbeknownst to us, the area where the miniature playrooms are--are not properly secured!!! The heavy plywood roofs were just sitting on top of the walls, and the furniture like the kitchen for example, was not secured to the wall at all! My daughter went in to one of the rooms and suddenly, the heavy plywood roof fell on her! It injured her so much so that she is walking with a limp when we came home! The staff and the manager himself showed very little compassion, and even shifted the blame to my daughter saying that she was pulling on it. Even if lets say, my 6 year old pulled on it, it shouldn't just fall apart considering this is a children's play equipment!!! It really broke my heart to see this kind of treatment. We left the place, feeling very disappointed. I also noticed in writing this review, that others have experienced the same thing (please refer to the screen shot below who had very similar experience.) I called my husband who was at work, and he called the place back seeking a resolution. The manager, though defensive at first, finally apologized and issued a refund for the situation-which we appreciate. BOTTOM LINE, this issue was brought up before but remains problematic. Safety should always be a top priority in these kinds of establishments. Please address this issue before anymore children get hurt!!!! read more

This place is super cute! It's perfect for a stay at home working mom. You can enjoy tasteful coffee and treats for cheap and get the kiddos a snack! The whole set up is so adorable however it is kinda small and gets busy quick. They have a small area for kids 2 and under but it's not very big and not supervised. The only workers there were two high school looking girls who were extremely sweet but they had no one supervising the play area at all. Obviously the parents are supervising theirs kids however they had parents that were not and let there kids free for all. I know they said this place is for kids of all ages but you have to really pay attention to your kids because you have bigger kids that aren't being supervised for example a 6/7 year old and a 3/4 year old on the same place and it's kinda a disaster. Overall the experience was good but extremely overwhelming probably won't be going back though. read more
