    Salmon and Broccolini

The "virtual" kitchen concept is incredibly cool to me. You can order through the app or walk in and place your order at a kiosk, and it's ready in the pickup area within 15-20 minutes. I LOVE that Wonder offers so many food options. Even though there are several different menus and cuisines, you can mix and match your order. I'm always indecisive and like a little bit of everything, so this is perfect! I enjoyed the baba ganoush and tzatziki with pita from Maydan, the broccolini with lemon-garlic sauce from Walnut Lane, and the seared salmon with hazelnut-cherry compound butter from Bobby Flay. Also very excited that they offer Magnolia Bakery's famous Banana Pudding at Room for Dessert I loved it all!

I didn't know what Wonder was and just checked it out today with a friend. It's a virtual food hall where customers can order from several restaurants in one location. The listed restaurants have limited options available but seem to cater to different dietary restrictions. I placed an order for pick up from Maydan and got their Chicken Kabob with a pita. The portion size was decent and I made my dish into a pita sandwich adding all the toppings provided. I really enjoyed the 3 sauces it came with and chicken was nicely flavored. My friend enjoyed his dish as well. The front of house staff was friendly and the place was clean. Complimentary water is provided and there is some limited seating inside. A nice option for some quick and casual dining.

I ordered a burger with truffle fries from Burger Baby and waited about 20 minutes for my food. Given that this concept is supposed to be quicker and more convenient than a traditional sit-down restaurant, the wait felt longer than expected, especially since there were only about three orders being prepared at the time. Unfortunately, the burger was significantly overcooked. The truffle fries were just okay, but a bit soggy. Overall, the experience didn't quite live up to expectations for speed or quality.

Definitely a must for food connoisseurs. WONDER is like a food court with a dozen or two different restaurants supported at each location. You can order via app or at kiosks inside. There's also some printed menus available. Menus are limited and don't reflect each restaurant's full smorgasbord; however, the options they do offer are curated well. The interior of the restaurant was bright, open, and clean, but the furniture quality is the budget friendly IKEA style, not built for comfort but fast dining. That being said, I have no complaints other than staff could wipe tables more often and stock napkin dispensers. We really enjoyed our WONDER experience and will be incorporating future visits, even as we cut our dining out budget in '26. WONDER was fun, enjoyable, and delicious, and I'm glad to have tried newer cuisine that was made fresh and delicious.

The "Wonder" about wonder is how DO THEY DO IT? In a relatively small space, they "squeeze" roughly 20 (?) take-out restaurants into one unified ordering conglomerate -- for dine-in or delivery.. There is a little something for everyone -- and if your family member or friend is still fussy and isn't pleased then you need to orphan them! We came here to celebrate my bestie's birthday and to investigate what the fanfare was all about. What we discovered is an innovative dining experience. Self-service ordering kiosks, paper menus for the technically challenged, smartphone app ordering, and pickup cubby holes. The first visit will likely be the most overwhelming -- we had to get a feel for what was available and offered on the table. With dozens of menus, it took a good 15-20 minutes for us to decide. There is so much variety - from budget to high end and cuisines from nearly every continent and dishes to suit every palate -- wings, burgers, chicken, kabobs, pizza, steak, tacos, poke bowls, salads, pastas, Chinese, Thai, Greek, Shawarmas, tapas, and list goes on and on and on. Not knowing what was good, and to celebrate my BFF's birthday, we decided to order items from several menus to give this new concept a true test. Although we REALLY wanted to order from every menu, there would be no way for the two of us to consume all that food in one sitting. Here was our order: Fred's Meat&Bread: CheeseSteak Combo Maydan: Chicken Kebab w Flatbread Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson: M's Fried Chicken Sandwich Burger Baby: Classic Cheeseburger Combo Royal Greens: Mandarin Crunch Salad Bobby Flay Steak: Creamed Spinach, Mushroom & Truffle Mashed Potatoes What I found ABSOLUTELY REFRESHING was the kiosk did NOT ask for tip for dining in and serving myself at a self-serve kiosk. In today's post-world crisis 2020 environment, every place seems to beg and pimp me out for gratuity in the craziest of places. This actually affected my overall perception of value. Since I did not need to factor in 15-25% gratuity, my food dollar stretched further. Most every entree I found reasonably and comparably priced. All the food was good and nothing was inedible. What stood out was the Streetbird Fried chicken Sandwich. It was the least expensive of the bunch yet the tastiest. The burger and cheesesteak were tasty but underwhelming - the meat left something to be desired for a "restaurant" or non-fast food preparation -- I will likely not repeat. The Bobby Flay Steakhouse sides were not as outstanding as the dishes they serve in the actual steak house. The salad was fresh and appetizing. The dining area was brightly lit, clean, and modern. The tabletops and hi-tops are short and a bit cramped, except for the two full tables next to the mirrors. Overall, I give this place 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 for creativity, convenience, and clean. There will be growing pains here I'm sure, but this place will be a crowd pleaser -- simplifying deciding where to go with a group of friends without breaking the bank.

Wonder is a single kitchen "food hall" made up of established, non-local restaurants that offer select menu items. It is intended for take out and delivery and items can be ordered from multiple restaurants under one order. Many meals are prepped and pre-cooked at a commissary kitchen and sent to each Wonder location for final cooking. I tried both take out and delivery (no delivery fee). The process was easy, simple and fast. The packaging strives to be environmentally friendly and is mostly so, though there is room for reduction and reuse. However, most all the food is mid, bland, qualified as sustenance but was not great. The poke bowl, soup, and carrot souffle were the only items I'd consider ordering again. Burger baby, veggie burger: no texture, bland, non descript sauce. Really not good. Hanu Poke, tuna and salmon bowl: everything was fresh and marinade was good, the fish was lower quality (to be expected maybe). Maydan, brussel sprouts: flavor/spice blend was good, but they were clearly pre-cooked and then tossed in the fryer (mushy on the inside). Streetbird, mac and greens: it was creamy and the pasta was cooked right, but no flavor in the pasta, cheese sauce, or greens. The price point on most items was appropriate because it is mid level food. Even a couple dollars more on anything would make it feel expensive for what you're getting. Eating out can be expensive but I'd rather save up and get more delicious food from local small businesses.

The food is farm to table and always arrive in neatly packaged containers every Sunday evening so we have dinners stocked to enjoy the following week. I have had meal services with others before and this is by far the most skilled cooking of farm to table meals. I think it's a good value. One recent review I read was really not fair about "scam". That's just not true but I understand the frustration that led to a misunderstanding. I know the owner/chef was busy and working to try improve their marketing, ordering app, and communications. It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it. I did that every time and I was patient because I want this good cooking to last to feed my family. Seems like great people. I've spoken to her and met the staff who deliver food to my house. The first delivery was 2 days late and required multiple attempts to contact the merchant to get the ordered meals. Week 2 meals were delivered but be aware, if you happen to be in the shower when they show up with your delivery, they won't leave your meals on your secure porch and will just drive away with your order. Week 3- NO DELIVERY, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Again, I had too contact the merchant to try to figure out where was my food. Days later got a response that they had an issue with their refrigerator and simply neglected to let me know!!! With over a thousand dollars already tied up with this merchant, I had to scramble to purchase food for my family elsewhere. Due to the "NO CALL NO SHOW" for the week 3 delivery, I politely asked the chef to immediately refund me for the remaining 2 weeks worth of food that wasn't delivered. I explained that because they failed to honor their contract, I had to make other arrangements for the meals. The merchant NEVER REFUNDED me for the remaining 2 WEEKS worth of food that they NEVER DELIVEREDA. I ended up having to contact my credit card company, and guess what? The merchant is lying to my credit card company, claiming they delivered all 4 weeks worth of meals! I am reaching out to the Office of the Attorney General and filing a fraud complaint next. Stay as far away from this thief as you can!

Met a group of friend here for a dining experience. It was a little hard to find since it's located inside of Harbor Place. Parking is always hard to find downtown. If you are lucky you can get a spot on the street for a few dollars. The garages will start around 20 and go up from there. Started out rough after being seated. The restaurant is very small and is right inside the entrance. They ran out of menus so we had to wait until another table was done with their's. Then we weee able to get two for our table of 5 people. Then we were only able to get two glasses of water for the table. I was getting nervous by this point. Still kept an open mind though. One waiter said they had margaritas available but then our waitress said they don't serve alcoholic beverages ‍ . We went with a non alcohol half and half. They had sold out of a lot of items. I wanted lobster fried rice at first, but they sold out. Then I asked about the Oxtail Chop Cheese but they ran out of coco bread. I finally settled on the Oxtail fried rice. Food took a while to be prepared. Some items must have been ready soon but they held them until the whole group was ready. I say this because my Oxtail fried rice was just slightly warm and not hot like other's meals. Over all the food was very tasty. It had a pleasant appearance and savory flavors. Definitely a 5 out of 5. The service was ok. Witness was attentive. The only issue was them running out of everything. I will have to try them again. Earlier in the day of course and not on a busy weekend.

However, I cannot honestly recommend this restaurant as a place I'd visit again. First off, going in, there was no host standing at the front and the menu options were digital but not pulling up. My boyfriend and I assumed since there was nobody standing at the host stand and there was a QR code to scan, we had to seat ourselves. We found a seat and waited roughly 15 mins until someone came over and greeted us. We thought this was odd because we made eye contact with the restaurant employees as they were sitting at the bar area. Once we were served, our server brought us waters and two paper menus since I still was unable to pull it up online. We ordered a mango juice and I ordered a pineapple mint drink. Those came out in 15 minutes and were pretty good. The mango juice tasted good and not too sweet and my drink was also good, not super minty though. A side note, we had a male server come and refill only one of our water glasses, which was odd since they both were low. If you're wondering if the pitcher was empty (because that's what I assumed) it in fact wasn't! The restaurant began to get busy, as expected since it's a Saturday night and only got busier. My oxtail tacos and the oxtail patty came out roughly 25 minutes later, the tacos on an extremely small plate, with food spilling off on the sides. My boyfriend enjoyed the patty, I did not try it however he said "it was okay, I have nothing negative to say about that". My oxtail tacos were burnt with cheese on the outsides (I wish I took a picture looking back on it). I assumed this was comparable to birria tacos, but there was minimal cheese and heavy oxtail (which can be rare for oxtail in restaurants), I would like to add that there were quite a few fatty pieces and the consumé was very salty in my opinion. The mango pico was okay, I added it to the tacos but it didn't add much additional flavor. I ended up sharing my three (3) tacos with my boyfriend because his oxtail Mac and cheese had yet to arrive! Our server came out and somehow forgot we ordered Mac and cheese until he reminded her, which I can understand due to the amount of business at that time. Roughly 6:45pm (30 minutes later), our server came over to us and stated the Mac and cheese was taken to the wrong table and they'd have to remake it, which she specified "would take a while". We obliged and waited for the food. Around 7:20pm, our server came back over to us and told us that "they said they would not remake the order" but she's take it off of our bill which should've been a given due to the fact we didn't get it. Instead of giving us our getting bill and letting us pay and leave, she walked away and we didn't see her for another 10-12 mins. She came back with the card reader and let my boyfriend review before paying. For our 2 drinks, my three (3) oxtail tacos, and his one (1) oxtail patty, the total came to $44.52. A few minutes after paying, as we were walking out, our server ran over to us and stated that the ended up making it and gave us a box. Now, I may have been born at night but I wasn't born last night. This food looks like it was scraped off of someone else's plate and into our box, barely any oxtail and no broiled cheese on top.

This is a chain restaurant and the menu is very diverse. There is fried fish and fried chicken (of course), but you can also find lamb or chicken over rice, other options like greek pita or kabob, and desserts! I found so many options that I didn't know what to try. There is plenty of parking and there was security inside and staff cleaning the grounds and the floors. I felt like I would give it a try. I was also happy they carry Everfresh.... Prices were steep and the staff wasn't friendly but not extremely rude. I ordered the catfish meal and it was about $11, everfresh drink $2.50, and a sweet potato pie just because....I decided to try the greens too just because I love greens and cabbage (no cabbage on the menu). Side of greens was a little over $4.00. You do the math....was it worth it???? Everything was cooked fresh (except greens and coleslaw). The fish and fries was sprinkled with something white (tasted ok...although they could have sprinkled mine with a little more seasoning). I would go again.....I liked they had bread on the bottom and a side of coke slaw. Made the price make a little bit more sense. The portion was a nice size. I ordered too much. The greens didn't have meat but a red tomato and pepper (very spicy - not my thing - note to self: no greens next time).

The sales people were amazing, be it at fairs, festivals or the in-home visits. We met with Scott, Pat and even Larry Everett himself. They were all very kind, knowledgeable and informative. We sampled the salmon and knew right away that the quality of the food was a step above what we normally got from supermarkets. After awhile, we finally decided to sign up for the service. Super fresh, high-quality items that defrosted easily/quickly just couldn't be beaten. But here is where the problems began. After we got a chance to do a more thorough inventory of the items received, we noticed that just a handful of one item was missing. Upon contacting Farm Fresh to advise them, we were met with apathy and a complete lack of desire to remedy. Seems that Al Fabian only cares about big orders and doesn't want to make small items appear as promised. Furthermore, we cooked another item a few weeks later and found small maggots WHILE WE WERE EATING it. As unsettling as the experience was, we calmly informed Al of the issue, assuming that it was but a fluke with the extremely high quality food that we had otherwise experienced. And what did Mr. Fabian do to allay our concerns? The same thing he did with the missing items. Absolutely nothing. So rather than waste any more of our time or money dealing with someone who clearly didn't want to address our issues and seemed to be a one-man customer service department, we decided to cancel the service before our first reorder. I'll end with this: Great food, HORRENDOUS customer service. If your food arrives correctly and you only have to deal with them at reorder, I think you'll be just fine -- because the food really is high quality, especially the salmon and chicken. But be warned that Al Fabian isn't in the business of servicing customers or solving problems.
