They don't actually check your benefits just quote based on what they see with other policies. I've been in the insurance industry over 20 years so very well versed on my insurance coverage. I arrived at the appointment to wait for the guy up front to finish a call out loud with a patient. No confidentiality whatsoever as I was able to hear what the patient was coming in for, her name and other personal information. While he was on the phone the other staff members were sitting around in the back being very unprofessional laughing and joking very loudly not even acknowledging my presence. Finally once he wrapped up the call, he acknowledged me a couple of minutes later to only mis- quote my insurance benefits that were provided 3 months in advance of the appointment. I should have known not to proceed with the appointment when I spoke with him on the phone to schedule the appointment but I still went in as the doctor that completed my UFE recommended Dr. Gray. It was a complete waste of my time as I was not seen that day after taking off from work early and blocking off the time that could have been used else where. It might have all been for the best if the front side of the office is a reflection of the type of service provided. The experience was extremely disappointing after being referred by another provider I highly respect. I'm sharing this feedback with him as well so he can be cautious when putting his name behind this provider. My doctor of 25 years retired so I was hoping this would be my new home but I'm still in the hunt for a new provider

She gave me so much information, that I am positive about my future appointments. I was put at ease, comfortable (the "stirups" are cushioned), my exam was painless and quick. I like the tablet for filling out your paperwork and processing payment. I spent about 10 minutes in the waiting room, once in the room I was seen quickly and I could hear staff with other patients as I waited. The staff is very friendly and appear happy as a team, so the smiles were contagious. I only did 4 stars, since this was only my first visit, but plan to continue more visits here.

On top of the horribly disfigured stomach and scar I was left with, the fact that I had to be numbed 1 or 2 more times after my spinal, I could smell my skin burning, I was able to move my legs and even lift myself up off the bed immediately after my stomach was stapled back together, and the comment that my incision could have been done differently with less scared tissue. My stomach ripping back open due to popped stitching a week after leaving the hospital. I have voiced my dissatisfaction multiple times. I had referred my sister-in-law here and she would y'all me Dr.Johnson would ask her if I was still complaining about my stomach. I have cried over the disfiguration and have become self conscious about my stomach to the point I don't even want my husband looking at me. Hopefully this doctor has gained more experience and has become in tune with her patients needs. I left a message. TWO WEEKS later someone finally returns my call. I called back to try to set the appointment and again I was instructed to leave a message. I have never experienced any medical office answer voicemails two weeks later. This left a very bad first experience as it was not only unprofessional but possibly deadly if I needed lab results or any additional follow up. I found another gynecologist in the area. This is definitely not a women's center. They don't seem to really care about women.

I found this office through my insurance and went in to get checked out. First off I was not given any urine test to make sure my levels were normal and make sure I wasn't already pregnant. I saw the doctor (Seetha Sureddi) to get checked out and informed her that I was trying to get pregnant and she proceeded to check me out, prescribe me some medication and tell me to go get labs done if my cycle is missed. I found out shortly after being prescribed the medication that I was pregnant but also found out that I was prescribed medication that was harmful during pregnancy. The doctor clearly didn't listen when I told her I was trying to get pregnant and didn't care to test to see if I already was. I'm trying to get pregnant to have a baby not get pregnant to experience complications during pregnancy or lose a baby due to negligence on the doctors part. I will not be returning EVER!!
