I cannot say enough good things about Patrick & the team at M-B Screen & Window Repair…read more First & foremost - the communication & follow-up from Patrick was so different from any contractor I've worked with before. He's incredible to work with & makes things stress-free as a homeowner. A trustworthy guy with great work ethic. Can't say enough about how Patrick runs this business & I would recommend him to anyone. M-B does far more than Screen & Window repair, too. Patrick & his team helped with a wide variety of renovations - from electrical to carpentry to siding repair. If he doesn't know how to do it himself (& that's rare, the man loves a challenge!) - he knows a quality contractor who will tackle the job & he will arrange it all for you. This is the type of business - & person - I'd like to see succeed. You won't regret working with them.

Then the job was completed by the Thursday of the same week! Talk about exceeding expectations. The worker also was in and out the house in about 45 minutes and it was almost like he wasn't there. Very respectful. And let's not get started on what a fantastic job he did installing the windows. Beautiful work! Would highly recommend using this company!

I called Callis and explained what happened. He came out same day, boarded it up for us and priced us out for just the one or all without pressure. Despite his busy schedule, he came out the next morning and installed the first window. That's when we knew we were scheduling for the rest ASAP. He was quick with the rest of the installs and we are so happy with the difference they've made. Great service and a really nice guy.

We had thousands in extra added charges, we were made to purchase mistakes made by our inadequate salesman, we are being left waiting for weeks while their mistakes are being corrected. I could not even imagine allowing them to install anything in my home. The only decent people representing this company are the delivery men. As if building a house isn't stressful enough? Their company website only allows reviews from customers who request a review questionnaire, needless to say they have glowing reviews.

Highly recommend Tony and Rob! They are your one stop shop for everything you need!…read more We started with our windows fixed by them. Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!
