At our initial meeting, we immediately felt at ease with Chris and that continued throughout the completion of our projects. The shower door handle hits the handicap bar. I would think a professional company that came highly recommended would have noticed this before installation was even started and Chris's response was to move the handicap handle or he would remove the door and give us our money back. We waited a long time to customize our shower and for someone to treat us this way is inexcusable. He took absolutely no responsibility for his apparent mistake. To add the icing to the cake, he didn't even bother to caulk the back of the stationery door and he said he couldn't reach it. My wife and I will never refer to your company
