When I did this the offer code did not appear in my email and the cashier refused to honor the 15% off. The cashier saw where the account was set up correctly and only said " hmm that's weird I'm only sure why it's not there" and still did not rectify the situation. When I asked if a manager could over ride the transaction and apply the discount the cashier told me no. This was poor customer service and a waste of my time. This was not a great experience.

You can set up your home store and look up items you're shopping for; the app will tell you what aisle you can find them in. This was particularly helpful when I was looking for some Smashmallow marshmallows to round out Christmas stockings. Rather than going aisle to aisle, I knew just where to look -- cutting down on how long I had to be in the store, decreasing my potential exposure to COVID. 2) Target's free in-store pick-up option is clutch. It was easy to use via Target's app and site, and if an item ends up being out of stock after purchasing, it's easy to change the item. All of the employees and guests who I saw wore masks, which is mandated. Thanks, Target, for doing things right.

Before I even had a chance to type in my phone number for the rewards program the cashier spewed out the receipt. I was not given a chance to type in my number for the rewards program nor was I given a $5 gift card. In fact I called customer service when I returned home only to let it ring over 25 times without any response. This is less than stellar customer service unfortunately. This occurred at 1:07 pm on 2/20/2026 well before the promotion ended.

It's also more walking to reach a checkout, as opposed to having checkout kiosks spread all across. It's also just a VERY busy Wal-Mart. I know most stores are, but this location routinely results in longer waits than any other nearby, such as the newer and nicer J'town Walmart (oh no, there goes my secret!). But as a resident of this store, I appreciate the attempt at improvements!

Inside was a man named Vic, who couldn't have been more knowledgeable or passionate about bicycles and the bikes he sells here. He is a straight forward and honest man who keeps it very real, just my kind of thing. Although I didn't leave with a bike today I will be back soon to grab one. Vic's is a place you should definitely check out!
