Half my order was complete, other half still waiting to be processed. It took another two weeks to get all the ordered items. One shirt the vinyl started peeling off after one wash, they did replace that. Husband asked if they would be able to embroider a bucket hat, a man told him yes. I take it in today and was basically told the job wasn't worth the hassle.

In some ways I felt it was similar to Dicks and in others Bass and Pro Shop based on the variety of departments. While I'm not a person that is an expert on other workout clothing brands, I'd consider Academy's apparel based on core offerings and sales racks. They have men's , women's and youth sizing. Service was good for our return and purchase. No waiting for assistance. I also noticed buttons around the departments to press for assistance. Prices are comparable, and at times better, than competitors.

What I found was the available items were bigger ticket items (weight machines and full sets, treadmills, ellipticals, row machines). These are items that take up a lot of space. I was surprised by the number of smaller, new items, and it provides a great customer experience for shoppers. No need to drive to a big box store. They have an entire wall of shoes for every type of sport. This store provides a great variety - and I can't think of a sport missed. It was nice to see people enjoying their niche area, from a family with a son doing baseball and a young adult looking at golf clubs. Seeing all the options and accessories reminds me of the commitment people make when playing sports. We were greeted right away and allowed to browse without pressure. And TTD has been where we go to get even more. We love the tables of cards that are easy to peruse according to cost. TTD also recently got a Pokemon card vending machine -- my quarters have never been so coveted by my son! This is a very large space. We recently visited with my brother in law and his kids, and he mentioned that they don't have anywhere as nice as this where they live in Philly. TTD has everything you would need for other card games, like Magic, as well as D&D and board games. And there are several tables set up in the middle of the store for folks to actually play games. TTD hosts several competitions too. If you're into nerdy pursuits, chances are TTD is your place!
