When I got measured months earlier the workers talked back in forth saying they didn't even know how to measure. Guy said he would have his tailor fix it first thing in the morning and to come next day at 5 to pick up. Showed up the next day as instructed, they told me the tailor hadn't even looked at it yet and to try again the next day. Showed back up Thursday, (third time there). Sleeves still too long and the replacement shirt still had me looking like a marshmallow. I had to have the suit that day so I was stuck with what I had at that point. Wedding day, we have 8 people in the party. Half of the suits were missing cuff links and black dress buttons. One suit was missing their suspenders. Another was missing the cummerbund and another the bow tie. We were able to last minute get some mismatching items just a few hours before the wedding started. Went to return the suit 45 minutes before the business closed. Went in to an empty store and waited near the offices by the dressing rooms until a lady came out and saw me. She asked what I needed and I told her I was dropping off a rental. She went back and told the guy there was a rental drop off. Guy said "oh of course there is" and came out to take my rental seemingly annoyed I had to drop a suit off that day. Very disappointed in the experience. Location used to be so much better and accommodating. Would not trust this business for any wedding or special event. The stress is not worth it.

Shopping at this store is always hit or miss - either I have to beg for service, or the staff is overly helpful and won't leave me alone to browse. I seldom see the same staff (which tells me they may have high turnover - or maybe I just don't have consistent shopping times), and I'm spoiled in other stores at this price point with really exceptional customer service. I'll just say I'd like to see better and more consistent standards of service in this store.
