It's 11:15" "Nah, haven't seen him" (five seconds of silence) At this point, I'm already annoyed. No "He's not in but what can I help you with" or "Let me see if someone else can help you out." Just staring at me like I'm retarded in silence. "Okay.....can you tell me when he's in?" (Five seconds of silence) "Yeah" A minute later I get "Yeah he's not in today." Cool, man. That's not what I asked. I asked when he's in and didn't get an answer. That doesn't help me at all. He then says he can grab a guy named Mark to help me but he's in a meeting. I eat next door to kill time and come out and ask for him. "Yeah, he was just down here. Let me grab him." Cut to 45 minutes later I'm standing there wondering if they forgot about me or if Mark is even a real person. A few people asked me if I needed help and I told them I was waiting for Mark and they went on their way. I briefly talked to the same kid who stared at me like I was an idiot about my plans to trade-in my gun for an SBR. He was clicking around on the computer for a few minutes. I went to the bathroom and walked back over towards the computer and he walked past me without saying anything. That's the last interaction I had. I stood around doomscrolling for what felt like an eternity before I finally left and decided I won't be returning here. I wanted to do a simple trade-in and buy another rifle. This should take like 30 minutes tops. There were zero customers there. 90 minutes later they've lost my business for good. Edit: the owner replied saying "This isn't how we treat our customers!" but the reviews say otherwise. Looks like I'm not the first to be ghosted by staff.

Staff have always been welcoming and helpful. I have also returned several times over the years with family and friends to participate in the Women on Target program. I cannot recommend this enough as a lowkey, helpful, and educational way to introduce newbies or for being able to brush up on skills and promote confidence with even seasoned owners. Instructors, classroom demo, range time and equipment have all been included in the program fees. Location has plenty of parking and is easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. We're also grateful for their consistent support to the veteran community.

Before driving to their location I contact them to see if they have what I am looking for and they are very quick to respond. They carry both used and new products and also do trade-in. They are currently in Mount Washington. Not sure of the address is fixed in Google but if you have any issues finding their location, just give them a call. I had to do that my first time going to their new location because there was an issue with the way that Google had the address, but they was just seconds away from where the Google map took me so that wasn't too bad.
