The owner is rude, slow & snappy. She was on the phone with Medicare & made me stand there & listen to her obnoxious yelling, then she proceeded to tell me all about her diabetes medication. When we finally got to my package with a prepaid UPS label, her true rudeness & unprofessionalism came out. She charges $1 per package! What an AWFUL WOMAN!! I needed to ship a package to myself in Va. and thought Fed Ex would be a secure way to go. It contained glass and I had wrapped it in 4 layers of bubble wrap and a cardboard box - told the owner it was a picture with glass. It arrived 2 days later, the glass shattered and the frame broken. I filed a claim with Fed Ex but also called the owner of this store. She is by far the rudest person I have encountered in years. Nothing is her fault, of course, but she didn't even put "fragile" tape on the box, then claimed that it didn't matter because Fed Ex ignores it and will throw tons of boxes on top of mine. I have also filed a complaint with Fed Ex about her - she should not be representing ANY company! Go out of your way if you must, but do not deal with Wolfeboro Copy, Ship and More. read more

Was in a bind needed to print paperwork for a property transaction. Didn't look at me when she asked what I needed and told me she was going to charge us $10 per notary stamp. Said I don't work for free that I understand but each paper didn't need to be notarized. Walked away I said thank you bye. No response at all. Felt like I was bothering her. read more

Yesterday will be LAST time I go into this place! I think she may be the OWNER, she is the rudest and worst in "customer service" and I use this term lightly! Every single time I have gone into this store whether it was to mail UPS or buy items for shipping, because there is no where else to go locally, I feel like I am bothering her every time. She has rude comments. Never welcoming or even acknowledging a customer. Yells and curses from the back room. Not one bit happy/appreciative that people are giving them business or even slightly nice! I will drive 30 minutes to Moultonboro before I ever go here again. Best copying business around! Peggy and her staff are very prompt and precise! They also use a really good quality photo paper and always make sure that I'm happy with the results. I've had numerous projects with enlarging and printing vintage historic photos and have used this shop repeatedly. setting the record straight! regarding this business, i founded it during june of 1998 and launched it during july that year. the actual name of company was "winnipesaukee regional business services, dba mail boxes etc." it was a difficult 5 years that followed since the parent company that owned the franchisor (united states office products) floundered and was eventually acquired by ups. due to a glitch in my contract, i avoided the high cost nonsense that accompanied ups. on the personal side, life was a nightmare attributed to what appers to be the person that the foregoing reviews to as "she". that person drove me out of wolfeboro, took the business and with time, renamed it to what it is today. quite honestly, i never thought the operation would continue. it did and remains solvent and open today. that says a lot on the positive side relative to my initial structuring. the experiences shared herein compraise what amounts to a drop of water in the atlantic. using one's imagination, i am easy to locate in florida. i would be delighted to entertain all calls excluding those from "she". those that have the luck of finding this are perhaps more confused than ever. if the herein business is that unpleasant, i suggest that people not go there. i wish i could share more. read more

I complained to the Better Business Bureau as well and she responded. She claims I tapped the counter impatiently and demanded that she go get me a specific box immediately. I did not such thing. I didn't know which box I needed, which is why I asked for the size chart. So either she's intentionally lying to cover up her rudeness, or she actually misheard me and then flew off the handle based on her misunderstanding of what I was saying. Even if she did mishear me, which I'm willing to believe, the appropriate response was to politely ask me to wait. Instead she started yelling at me. read more

These people are terrible. Customer DIS-service is the best way to describe them. I have shipped packages with them over the years only because there is no where else to go nearby. My wife and I packed and shipped $90 worth of packages with them in December 2016 and when I asked if I could use some scotch tape they told me no I couldn't but I could buy a roll from them if I need some (which I did). And today, I dropped off a pre-paid UPS package and they charged me a dollar. Not that a dollar is a lot, but the killer is when I asked if there are any UPS drop box locations around here they looked me in the eye and told me they don't know of any! I later found out there is one 100 feet away across the street from them at the car wash !! Those are just a couple of many customer DIS-service experiences I've had with them read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am not someone who reviews places often but as someone in the service industry, I felt I had to post something. After living in Wolfeboro for years, and using this establishment at various times of the year, I have to say the owner and staff are some of the rudest, crass, passive/aggressive people I've ever encountered. I was shouted at today--as if I was asking them for a favor. If you don't want to be in business, then don't be. But if you choose to have a business, your JOB is to be polite and do everything you can to encourage repeat business. I used them because they are the only UPS/Fedex folks in town. But after today I will be driving to Concord to use UPS/Fedex. And by the way, they charge you if you are simply dropping a package. So want to return an item, prepaid? They want money for that. That does not happen anywhere else. They are zeroes. read more

I agree with all the other comments on here about the rudeness and general crappy attitude every time I go in there, not to mention incompetence. We are seasonal residents and new to the area and wanted a secure mail delivery service that could hold our mail while we are gone. Well.........let me tell you,first of all, when it comes to Amazon packages, do NOT expect 2 day delivery. The first thing they will tell you is the delivery timestamp that you see is when it arrives at the Wolfeboro PO. They then go there and pick it up, which automatically adds another day. OK, I get it, but here's the kicker. Three times we went there to get a package that said it had left the PO and delivered to them, yet they said they didn't have it. They told me to check with the sender and would not look for the packages. All 3 times they had the packages but blamed it on being on the wrong shelf, behind another box, blah, blah, blah. When they see me coming in they immediately say "you don't have anything" The last straw was going there 3 times for 1 missing package, they had it there all the time. We paid them $200/year for such horrendous service. We are looking at an alternative option as we speak. read more
