Specialties
Got Pain or Stress ??
I specialize in decreasing your pain (finding those spots that are causing your problem), increasing range of motion, balancing energy and quieting your mind.
I offer Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Foot Reflexology, and Reiki. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of Acupressure (trigger points), combined with some facilitated stretching.
My clients have been getting better and faster results with a combination of Reflexology, Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy than they did with years of massage.
In Reflexology I work specific pressure points on the feet that "Reflect" the rest of the body. Working those points brings circulation and healing to the feet and the part of the body that each point reflects.
C.S.T. is especially good for headaches, head injury, whip lash, falls, Vertigo and any sort of trauma. Reiki is a form of energy healing.
My goal is to leave you pain free, relaxed, balanced and energized. Although Shiatsu and Reflexology can incorporate firm pressure, I am able to give You Great results with these Gentle techniques. If You want more pain Free days, give me a call!
History
Established in 2009.
After experiencing whiplash from a car accident, I began studying massage and bodywork. My reflexologist / massage therapist was able to give me such relief that I felt I wanted to do the same for others.
I began practicing regular massage; but then felt drawn more to combining Reflexology, Shiatsu and Craniosacral therapy. I have found the combination to bring about faster, more lasting relief from pain for my clients.
We start with your foundation ( foot Reflexology), move to your muscular/whole body ( Shiatsu) then end with your spine and energetic balancing(Craniosacral).
In the 16 years I've been practicing bodywork and the thousands of sessions I've given, I've been able to bring pain relief to hundreds of clients from 2 months old to 94 years old. I'm sure I can help You!
Meet the Business Owner: Tammie W.
I completed 3 years of the 4 year Psychology program, and the Registered Nurse degree and then went to massage school.
I love living in Montana with my husband, cat and the wild animals on our property. I enjoy singing, making mosaics out of broken plates, hiking, canoeing, gardening and learning new things.
I believe our thoughts about our bodies, abilities, deservability etc., reflect back as our experinces in life. That is why I always try to remind myself and my clients of the possible good we can expect. I always look for ways to increase the health, range of motion, positivity and comfort with all clients. I love studying more about body/energy work, health, psychology & spiritual growth.
