I could not have designed a better massage treatment plan if I had done it MYSELF! During my initial intake Jess thoroughly went over my health history and what I was hoping for in the treatment. I asked for deep pressure and relaxation. Not only did Jessica deliver..she FAR exceeded my wildest expectations. She used heat, firm pressure, slow relaxing strokes and excellent technique. I stood up from that massage with the most relief from chronic pain that I have ever experienced after my many massages by many practitioners. Thank you Jessica!

Bear Roots does not meet the quality you can find in other cities, but it'll do for MT (no offense MT, but the quality of this area just isn't the same as other places sometimes). I had some scheduling errors that were the fault of Bear Roots (did not actually cancel an appointment that I cancelled in person for a future date), was charged for appointments I cancelled and was accused of turning off reminder notifications, which is a bizarre accusation. They seem a bit money hungry & their systems aren't easy to navigate. I don't want to triple check something that should be relaxing and they don't seem to be able to get it right the first time. I won't go back next season and would try to find something in Whitefish. I hate to give a woman-owned business a bad review, especially during COVID, but this was not a positive experience.
