I had some scheduling errors that were the fault of Bear Roots (did not actually cancel an appointment that I cancelled in person for a future date), was charged for appointments I cancelled and was accused of turning off reminder notifications, which is a bizarre accusation. They seem a bit money hungry & their systems aren't easy to navigate. I don't want to triple check something that should be relaxing and they don't seem to be able to get it right the first time. I won't go back next season and would try to find something in Whitefish. I hate to give a woman-owned business a bad review, especially during COVID, but this was not a positive experience.
