From the owner: Got Pain or Stress ?? I specialize in decreasing your…read morepain (finding those spots that are causing your problem), increasing range of motion, balancing energy and quieting your mind. I offer Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Foot Reflexology, and Reiki. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of Acupressure (trigger points), combined with some facilitated stretching. My clients have been getting better and faster results with a combination of Reflexology, Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy than they did with years of massage. In Reflexology I work specific pressure points on the feet that "Reflect" the rest of the body. Working those points brings circulation and healing to the feet and the part of the body that each point reflects. C.S.T. is especially good for headaches, head injury, whip lash, falls, Vertigo and any sort of trauma. Reiki is a form of energy healing. My goal is to leave you pain free, relaxed, balanced and energized. Although Shiatsu and Reflexology can incorporate firm pressure, I am able to give You Great results with these Gentle techniques. If You want more pain Free days, give me a call!
