I called to get estimate on fixing my 2 sagging gates that won't latch properly. I sent them pictures as requested. Days later, they sent me the same estimate/invoice asking to go forward. They COMPLETELY ignored my phone request. Superior has a zombie office where their internal process is all that matters. Their repair estimate is just a site visit minimum $150 fee with open ended charging on back end. This is not a viable repair estimate. Superior presents as another greed driven company with ZERO customer focus.
