This mall seriously needs some upgrades, they need better restaurants in the food court that are more recognizable by the general public, like McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, subway, Burger King, etc. Villa Pizza was my favorite place to go to and when they closed down, it was so sad.. Spent 45 minutes at the mall while waiting for hotel room to be ready. Mall seems like an average mall. No high end stores but a nice amount of variety in the food court. It wasn't too busy but it was a week day. read more

We went to the mall during Thanksgiving week and had a good time. It wasn't very crowded and every store we entered had employees ready and willing to assist. We enjoyed roaming the mall checking out all the stores. Our favorites were Dillards (they had all the name brands we like), American Eagle (cute grinch pjs), Forever 21 (many great $15 sales/deals), M&K Elegant (they had beautiful dresses, a cool men's holiday sweater and a great deal on dress shoes. So many formal dresses.) and HotTopic (nostalgic for me, great graphic tees). My daughter jumped on the Action Time bungee trampoline and loved it. We highly recommend the trampoline, so worth it. Then we finished off with a Steak Escape, so yummy!! We had a great time. read more

The Wolfchase mall is my shopping ground! They have activities for children, a movie theater, restaurants, fast food, sweet treats, nail salons, and MUCH MORE! With all of that, my favorite part is the shopping. I love all of the stores in there. I often go to Macy's, Forever21, Aldo, and Bath & Body Works. They always have what I am looking for and a great deals. When I am not going to shop, I take my younger family members to enjoy the train rides, the play area, and the carousal ride, and the Disney Store (of course). I wish I had better to say about the "best" mall in the area, but it's mostly just "meh." Nothing majorly wrong, but for my personal taste, this mall doesn't have many options of what I like to do and buy. Thankfully they have some bomb ice cream and dessert shops now, and just opened an H&M... for those reasons, I think I'd have to give it 4 stars instead of just 3. My son also loves the carousel, which is a cool addition to an otherwise mediocre mall. Cool place to go, that's about it. read more

I visited this location today with my granddaughter to purchase items for her 11th birthday. When i asked your employee for assistance, her response was beyond rude and disrespectful. I asked the same young lady sitting by the register for a shopping cart and she (with the brownish blonde dread locs wearing the green jacket and pants) spoke to me with so much distain that I felt my request was beyond reasonable. When I asked the same seated young lady to give my granddaughter a pair of clear sunglasses that were not within my reach (I asked for safety reasons) - her attitude was such that I was irritating her because I asked her to move from her seated position. She repeatedly handed us the incorrect pair of sunglasses. After noticing the look of disappointment on my granddaughter's face, I leaned in and quietly asked your customer service representative did we need to shop at another store because her mood stated she did not want to be bothered. Her very disrespectful tone was BYE! Then to her co-worker, she loud expressed "what I tell you" and proceeded to laugh. I informed my granddaughter that this was a lesson for her to learn, do not spend her money where she is neither wanted, valued nor appreciated. I have been shopping at Claire's for over 25 years and have never encountered this level of discourteous customer service. Great Job Claire's for hiring someone who is single handedly ruining your company's reputation and business. read more

Wolfchase Galleria is located @ the corner of Hwy. 64 & TN State Route 177, & Hwy. 70 is close by, so residents of the small rural towns in West TN often make it a Saturday destination. Near the Holidays & for Birthday / Anniversary celebrations, they may spend a night in one of the nearby hotels. I don't go there often, unless it's for a specific item @ a particular store, but I notice the subtle changes & improvements that Simon makes to stay fresh & current. I think the mix of stores is very good, & there are some that appeal to every age group. I always have to park a distance away, so I would say business is booming. The very popular Food Court offers a smorgasbord of choices:: Mandarin Express, Chick-fil-A, Dairy Queen, Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Great American Cookie Company, Steak Escape, La Michoacana Ice Cream, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, Sarku Japan, The Cookie Company, Great Wraps, Chipotle, The Cheesecake Factory. Avoid. This place is not safe. It's quickly become the new Raleigh Springs Mall. Kids get dropped off there and it's treated as a daycare for parents who don't supervise their children. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. Many stores have closed that were in the mall for years and it's changed dramatically over the years. This mall has lost all of its good brand stores. No more Abercrombie, GAP. Nothing you have to go all the way to the Tanger outlets in Mississippi in order to find the stores your looking for, The only decent stores here are Dillards and JCpenny are the only reasons I still shop there, If you're looking for bath and body works just go to the Collierville Location this mall has become complete garbage, all the stores closing down and there's now only small businesses which makes it completely boring to shop here now since everything is gone here you see 7 different jewelry stores which makes no sense because we only need 2, They also closed Hollister down? AND to make matters worse they took away the Brook Brothers .. what a shame this mall used to be the top tier where everyone would go shop this is ridiculous. Memphis needs a better mall. read more

Good size mall with major chain stores and department stores in what seems the only good standing indoors mall in Memphis. I get everyone there now wants the outdoor mall trend, but when you have a horrible weather with cold winters and humid summers sometimes indoors works best. Not sure if it was because it was right after Christmas, but the mall was eeriely quiet, not much foot traffic, stores are there some have good selection others look like they had seen better days, and talking about better days so is the food court with its limited choices. Overall the decor looks like it got stuck in the mid 90s. read more

Hmmm... Where do I start? This mall is large but it's large with nothing more to offer. We came the day after Thanksgiving (the true Black Friday) and it was a decent crowd but not crazy packed. This mall is on the lower class of malls, in my opinion. Although it has a great variety of stores, I just didn't enjoy being shopping at Wolfchase. The floors were dirty, the people were rude, and there were several stores that were unheard of. Also, mall security needs to get a handle on solicitation. My bf and I were approach by random people trying to push off their demo cd's on us. I think I expected more since it's a "galleria" and I compared it to Houston Galleria but then again it is Memphis. So...I don't like malls, and Wolfchase epitomizes what I don't like about them. It's a huge mall, with a huge parking lot, it's loud, crowded, and people are usually rude. I can never remember where anything is, so I inevitably park at the opposite end of anything I want, and getting in and out of that huge circular lot is a pain, especially when people aren't paying attention to where they're driving! There's nothing particularly wrong with the stores, nor anything particularly great. For me, the effort of getting to them negates anything I might possibly buy. If I want to go to Macy's (and believe me, I don't), I'll brave Oak Court. If there's a number of stores you want to shop at that aren't anywhere else, it might be worth the hassle, but for me, it's not. read more

Wolfchase is a good sized indoor mall with four major anchor department stores- Macy's, Dillard's, Sears, and J.C. Penny. There are also a few popular stores like Abercrombie, Abercrobmie kids ( I like that it is seperate), Aeorpostale, Gap, Gap Kids, Ann Taylor (it's a nice sized Ann Taylor with a good selection). In addition there are specialty stores like my new favorite Charming Charlie- they have everything organized by color, if you want a yellow top and matching jewelry go here. College Station is a great sports store located on the lower level by Dillard's. Why go here? If you want a large variety of both department and chain stores with food options Wolfchase will offer you this under one indoor roof! The food court area is diverse (love Auntie Anne's pretzels!) and the carousel is fun for kids. They also have a nice kids area where they can climb and run right outside of JC Penny on the lower level. Helpful hints: I recommend going during the week in the afternoon or morning. It can get crowded on the weekend and there has been some crime here. They have addressed these challenges as I have noticed additional patrol in the parking lot, but be careful of your surroundings. read more

This is one of the largest malls in the Memphis area. Housing approximately 135 stores, there are the standbys like Macy's, J.C. Penney, Sears, and Dillards, as well as many fan-favorites like Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Victoria's Secret, Dairy Queen/Orange Julius (bonus!), Godiva, Express (their Express has options for men, which is nice), Banana Republic, and a new Coco & Lilly store, and many more. Several kiosks selling all sorts of nail treatments, jewelry, hairpieces, and more dot the main walkways. A sizable food court includes Asian and American food from Wendy's, Panda China, etc. A bonus for children is the large indoor lighted carousel that looks like something out of a fantastic dream -- located right near the very nice cinema that plays the newest releases. Wolfchase Galleria is the place for shopping in Memphis.I can remember as a child when it first opened. I am uncertain what qualifies a shopping mall as a Galleria instead of a standard mall or shopping center but Wolfchase Galleria provides an enjoyable shopping experience. Located on the East side of Memphis, this collection of stores is impressive for the area and far surpasses the former Raleigh mall. Wolfchase offers the typical array of name brand department stores and shops. The place is clean and attracts quite the diverse crowd. From seniors who enjoy walking in the morning to young tweens that get dropped off for the day by their mom, it is a great place for Black Friday shopping the day after Thanksgiving. PLEASE READ - I went in for some ice cream and was racially profiled and handcuffed for no apparent reason. They paraded me and my brother around the whole mall in handcuffs to humiliate us and still failed to give a valid reason as to why. I've been going there since I was young and it's always has it problems, but they have definitely reached a new low. Finally got the chance to go to Wolfchase for the first time today. It's quite a hike for me, but I heard it was one of the best malls in the Memphis area and had to make the trip. It's very clean and offers a wide array of stores. What I loved most was the fact that they seemed to have more specialty stores and boutiques than most malls. My favorite happened to be Charming Charlie. Love their jewelry selection!! They have a rather large food court with Chick-Fil-A, Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Wendy's, and your staple Chinese food court establishments. I will warn you that Wolfchase has strategically placed their enormous carousel right smack dab in the middle of this food court. I wouldn't have normally paid it any attention, however on this particular visit I was manning a 3 y/o by myself. Getting her to actually eat rather than constantly stare at or ask me if she could ride said carousel was quite a feat in and of itself. In fact, at the end I was rather annoyed. Not by her- but by Wolfchase for putting it there. Don't try to tell me it was an accident either. I got the knowing look from about 8 other moms with strollers in tow as their kids threw tantrums regarding riding the monstrosity. Wolfchase has a lot of kiosks hanging out in the middle of the walkways as well. There's quite a few finds to be had, just stay away from the Dead Sea Scrub guy. He will literally chase you through the mall trying to smother your hands with scrubs, lotions and nail products. At the end of the day I couldn't decide who was more annoying- him or the carousel. read more

I like this mall. It's definitely my favorite mall in the city. There are plenty of ladies clothing stores in my price range with a lot of random stuff to choose from so I get options, and I like that. That said, this mall looks like a trashy used car lot next to the ones I experienced in California. I feel like comparing the two might not even be fair since I'm not sure what drives businesses in that state to look so much more architecturally interesting and cool but that knocked my review of wolfchase from 4 to 3 stars. Pretty much the best and biggest mall in Memphis, but not without its shortcomings. The security is still an issue and I would advise you to exercise common sense and be vigilant while in the parking lot. Once inside, the layout of the mall is rather confusing and somewhat cramped, but is the best Memphis has. The food court is pretty good and has a decent amount of seating. The stores are for the most part top of the line or at least brand names people usually know and like. The mall regularly hosts events and things of the like, which is cool. As for me, there is just something I dislike about the layout of this mall that I can't quite put my finger on. All the chain stores you can fathom under one big mall extravaganza in the suburbs of Memphis, more aptly Cordova. The anchors are Dillard's and Macy's. Wish they had a Nordstrom, and I bet the locals do too. A big Merry-Go-Round sits by the food court and this was always a huge hit when we had very small kids. With teenagers now, not so much. I'll go to Wolfchase every now and again, but the truth is that I prefer Oak Court Mall. Wolfchase is just way too crowded for me. Parking is a pain, and I'd rather not park in the back, and walk the entire mall parking lot with two small kids in tow. I generally go to have my kids' photos taken at the JC Penney Portrait Studio. Moms- save some money and go here! There is a great photographer that has been working here for years and years, and her photos are gorgeous. I had my little angels photographed in matching white bishop dresses against a white background, and the quality and end product are just as great, if not better, than some of the more pricey photography studios around town. There is also a Justice in this mall, and anyone who has tween girls in their life knows that Justice is THE place to buy clothes for them. I always go to buy gifts. There's a movie theatre here, a carousel and an indoor playground for kids to run and romp about. This is the dirtiest mall o have ever been to in my life. I dont think the bathrooms on either floor have been cleaned thoroughly since it opened. If you could at least give us access to a cleaning cart i would do it myself. The stainless steel doors and walls have filth all over them! I should take a picture of the feminine tampons and pads all over the floors. This place is the least sanitary place with 8 clogged toilets out of 12 and paper strewn everywhere. Plan to never go to the bathroom. Just shop. But even then the city of Memphis is just a bulldozer leaving messes everywhere and stuff strewn all around like pigs. Every bathroom is that way everywhere you go. Make sure you bring a roll of toilet paper with you anywhere you go in Memphis. There is never any. read more

This is pretty much your cookie cutter middle of America mall with a few classy department stores such as Macy's and Dillards. Not many ultra upscale stores here, such as a Louis or Gucci. I give this place 3 stars probably just because I was spoiled with King of Prussia mall in KOP........but then again this place isn't that much better than a mall in Smalltown USA. read more

My son loves the carousel and you can buy multiple rides in advance for a bit of a discount. The play area on the lower level is really great for younger kids to run around in for a while.
