He was kind, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. When he arrived (right on time), the weather suddenly turned -- it started pouring rain just as he got the van loaded. Knowing how much the van meant to us, Jose took it upon himself to pull over under an overpass to let the heavy rain pass before continuing. One of the van's windows doesn't roll up all the way, and he made sure no water got inside. That extra care and attention meant so much. And even though I told them the car could not be put in neutral and I know they received that detail because the driver showed me the details of the request on his pad, they still didn't bring the equipment necessary to get the car on the flatbed. After waiting several hours for his arrival, the driver was here for no more than 5 minutes, said he couldn't complete the request and then just took off.
