If you are in need of any type of service for your Kubota equipment do yourself a huge favor and don't get burned by Wolf Kubota. Brought my large F series mower in for sluggish performance. After throwing $1800 worth of parts and labor at the problem the service manager told told me the mower needed a new motor for $6000-$7000 plus labor. This just didn't seem right for a large Diesel engine to be junk and I was suspect so I paid the $1800 and took my mower to get another opinion. This is where things got even worse. When Wolf Kubota gave my mower back it was still taken apart and there were parts missing. On top of all of that Wolf Kubota somehow managed to snap off a glow plug in the block! When I brought the mower to Ausra Kubota they immediately ran a compression check and advised that they would need to do a valve job to bring the engine back to top performance. Ausra Kubota also extracted and replaced the glow plug Wolf Kubota broke and ordered/replaced the missing parts that Wolf Kubota did not put back on or return with the mower. Total invoice from Ausra was $2400 and the mower runs like new again. Wolf's service department was one of the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life and was a huge waste of time and money. read more

Stopped in to try to buy a snow plow for my kubota tractor. Did not have in stock...which is completely understandable. Spoke to salesman...explained what I wanted...took my info to get me a quote. Two weeks later...still nothing. Guess I'll spend my 2-3k somewhere else!!! Complete waste of time! No wonder the place was a ghost town when I was there. read more

Do yourself a favor and keep looking for whatever you may need because this place is not worth your time or money. After a horrendous 3 week belt change on my mower my parking rake still does not work. I was told multiple times by the service Manager that it isn't supposed to work. Yes you read that correctly, my parking brake isn't supposed to hold my mower in place. (Mind you I've owned the mower for 12 years and it's always worked) They still refuse to fix it or make it right and told me and I quote, "Please by all means feel free to bring your mower somewhere else for a different experience." Take their own advise, go somewhere else. read more
