It also has basic sushi and sashimi. The menu has a good variety of choices. We ordered 2 Peking Ducks to share. I was actually surprised that the duck was so good! It was much less fatty than typical duck in the US. While it wasn't true Peking Duck (it was grilled), the duck was very tasty with the thin wrappers and condiments. Apparently it's a popular choice here. Two of us enjoyed sashimi, and four of us chose their prix fixe menu which included starter, second course and third course selection of rice/noodles. For less than 15€, I had Chicken corn soup, Duck with Mushrooms and Bamboo shoots in a tasty sauce, and fried rice. The rice was nothing special, but again the Duck dish shined. I came back 2 more times during my stay and ordered the same duck dishes, opting for white rice. Lunch has a similar €15.50 prix fixe menu and also includes a drink (coffee, tea, beer, wine, soda), and dessert. Service at this family run place was pretty attentive and the server willing refilled our small shrimp chips basket (another fav snack of mine).

Our must haves are: fresh cucumbers in spicy sauce sauteed green cabbage (sounds bland but trust me it's NOT!) kung pao chicken stir fry pork belly with garlic sprout beef and mushroom saute fried rice Trust me, it's all good! The meat is very tender and it's filled with cabbage and other greens in a light but aromatic broth. The noodles are chewy and come in all different widths & sizes, evidence of being handmade. The Smashed cucumber appetizer is a mandatory side dish. It's cold, crunchy, sweet, and tangy. Ask for the chile oil and black vinegar to season it to your liking. Other dishes: Fried rice: tasty and perfectly fried. Sizzling beef: comes out really hot be cautious because the sauce will splatter. Cover with a napkin until it cools. Braised eggplant: the sauce was way too thick and the flavor was standard at best. They also have a lunch buffet with about a dozen dishes. Lots of customers chose this option. The portion was quite large, the meat was boneless, crispy as advertised, and 100% perfectly cooked as the meat was tender, juicy and fabulous!! The skin was divine as the fat had rendered out in the frying so it was crispy and thin. The orange sauce was pleasant and not too sweet or vinegar tasting. The hot and sour soup was amazingly good, while both main fried dishes were lack of flavors, in my opinion. I needed to put some salt to make them taste flavorful. It seems to be a OK place for a quick bite for Chinese tourists, and probably not a good choice for locals, as I am sure Barcelona has better Chinese restaurants.
