Order was delivered but not as described. I ordered Chicken Lo Mein and it stated it came with pork fried rice. When it was delivered it was only the Lo Mein, no rice. I called and the lady who answered couldn't understand what I was saying and started repeating if you want fried rice it only come in dinner combo. But that is NOT HOW IT IS DESCRIBED OR ADVERTISED! I did have it delivered and your dish did a fine job it was delivered in proper containers. The dumplings I think are somehow pre-manufactured or pressed and very doughy, which is unfortunate because I love dumplings. The main dish pork with mushrooms I just tried to like it it had very little flavor zero spice and the mushrooms we're just standard button mushrooms the pork was plentiful but again I just didn't find any flavor in the dish at all read more

Always fresh, always friendly, and always delicious! We've visited Wok N Roll several times now, and every experience has been consistently great. The food is always fresh, the staff are friendly, and the quality never disappoints. I've never had any hygiene or taste issues--everything is well-prepared and flavorful. The vegetables are crisp and fresh, the rice is perfectly warm and fluffy, and the meat is always freshly cooked and tender. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. I had the General Tso's chicken today. The chicken was made with nice sized chunks of chicken. The sauce was delicious with a generous portion included. The Food wasn't bad, but when I first called, a woman answered and I asked about a delivery, she said one moment, then promptly put me on hold without taking my address (for my work), I waited a few minutes, hung up, and called back. This time I got a male, who put down the phone to verify the address, came back and took my order: order of Pan fried noodles with seafood and vegetables and Gyoza Japanese dumplings, I was told 45-60 mins. Almost 2 hrs later, the driver shows up and delivers. The "pan fried noodles" were a deep fried, hard, tangled jumble. The Gyoza wasn't bad, just a bit overcooked. I figured they might deliver to my house as I live in town; so I called them to make an order to be delivered to my house (work is only 2 miles closer to their restaurant than my house.) Same lady who answered Thursday night took my address and said it was too far. (It's exactly 5 miles to my house from their shop.) It wasn't good enough to make me drive the extra 3 miles from our usual place to get Chinese. Last Thursday is my first and last time ordering from them. read more

I'm appalled by the lack of customer service. We called for a delivery order, and were told that since we were outside the 5 mile radius ( 0.6 mi outside to be exact) we needed to have our order be over $20. That was not a problem, and as we completed our order we were told it'd be 45-50 min. One Hour Later - a frenzied woman called to say our order was cancelled, we were too far, too bad, then she just hung up the phone. Since this call came from a cell, I called the restaurant to ask about the status. I was then told the 'manager' had decided it was too far, although our address had obviously been disclosed when we ordered. There was no offer to let us pick up the food, really no apologies offered at all that we were promised something and then told it wasn't possible at the time it should have already been delivered. When I asked why we'd been told the policy was one way and then it changed, I was informed sometimes they say no and sometimes it is okay.. When I called in, I was put on hold before I spoke a word. Then she asked me if it was for delivery or carry out, I said delivery, then she put me on hold again. Usually really good for American style Chinese. Not quite Chinatown style but it's pretty fast and they deliver also. Very few members of the staff speak English fluently so like a typical Chinese takeout place is order by numbers unless it's one if the more common menu items. Pricing is reasonable. The fried dumplings are real pot stickers, not the deep fried crap most of the Chinese places serve in the South. read more

I wanted to cancel the order and leave when I noticed the guy who took our order kept rubbing at his nose. He didn't seem to be the one handling the food but he did put it in the bag.I am angry that I didn't follow through and demand my money back. My family alll felt sick after eating. We ordered Mongolian Beef and General Tso's Chicken dinners along with egg rolls, spring rolls and dumplings. We ordered in person at the shop and ordered by pointing at the menu so there was no miscommunication. The egg rolls, spring rolls and dumplings were fine but the food....we threw it all out! Maybe they had just turned the fryers off? They were still supposed to be open for another hour though. Maybe they were broken? I don't know but the General Tso's was a sorry, uncooked mess. The Mongolian beef wasn't what I got. This was weird hodgepodge of vegetables in white sauce with boiled strips of beef in it. We had already driven home though and they would have been closed. Just check your orders before you leave (or before you let them leave if it's delivery). If I had looked, it would have been obvious but I just expected since we ordered in person at the shop and because what we ordered was pretty mainstream, whatever we got would be acceptable.
