We arrived early (8:30) and had the place mostly to ourselves. The cold bar is delicious, with lots of choices of salads, fruits, olives, all kinds of good stuff. But don't fill up there (unless you're a vegetarian) because MEAT is the word here! (OK, actually, it's carne, but you get the idea.) Everything we had from the chefs was delicious. Black sausage, Argentinian sausage, steak, chicken wrapped in bacon, even the grilled veggies were amazing. The prix fix is very reasonable. My only complaint was that we didn't know we could order tinto verano instead of bottled wine. That would have been better (the wine was good, but it was hot, and we could have used something lighter.) But I won't take points for that. All told, the Knife was perfect! 5 smokey grilled stars!

My friend and I waited too long and the only seating we could get was at 11:15 PM. The sautéed vegetables with Iberian ham didn't do it for me. The veggies needed seasoning bad, and the ham leaned a little too salty, so together it just felt off. The suckling pig, the signature dish, was good, but I was not blown away. If I find myself returning here, I would explore other options.
