I have had to call or chat 4 times with no resolution. I am giving up if they don't show at our next scheduled time. Walmart will be getting a very strong complaint, this was a business install and our Board room has been out of commission for 5 weeks because we had to remove the old TV to prepare. Never again.

Mr. Delgado was punctual, clean and an excellent worker . He diagnosed the issue, picked up and had the bathroom room shower working in no time . I had previously used advanced sewer in Tonawanda and I didn't want to use them again cause they stinks since the original owner passed away and the son took it over. Delgados was a breath of fresh air from the last two ADVANCED SEWER and another plumber John Mueller , I believe his name was. I am very satisfied with MR. That other company still hasn't even contacted me back over 3 weeks later. Fast and courteous, willing to work around obstacles like big dog and such. Left no messes, work was clean and very aesthetically pleasing as well. Asked for certain rectangular receptacles to go with the ones we were putting in elsewhere and that was no problem. Updated our panel, new line into the house, and rewired one room specifically for our computers, the price was fair and far less than quoted by some of the "big names" in installation we got quoted for a smaller panel during the home show. Highly recommending!

Carlos came out to repair my gas oven when it wasn't heating to temperature. Although, he didn't…read moremake it to my house at the appointed time, he still came. He knew what the problem was, checked the failing part, gave me a quote on cost of repair, all within 10 minutes. I went ahead with the repair and he wouldn't charge me until he made sure the repair was working, which it was. Carlos was very knowledgeable about what he needed to do, was very professional in doing it, and saved me some money in doing the repair. This is the second time I've used his services and will look to him again if needed.
