I made…read moreit very clear when making the appointment that it was not residential tile, but commercial, and there was no grout. It needed to be waxed not sealed. She said she had to charge me the same price as tile w/grout and sealing, which was fine, but I told her to make sure they brought the right equipment. The floors have to be stripped with a machine. The day they were coming it took us over an hour to move all the furniture out of the large area. We had to take the legs off the super heavy island to get it out the door. They came unprepared for the job saying their answering service screwed up. They wanted to reschedule and the next opening wasn't until the following week. There was no effort to fit us in earlier than was convenient for them.

He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. When the job was complete one of the crew showed us what had been done. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them for any moisture/mold remediation you may need to have done. Nolan's knowledge and expertise when you have an issue like this is just what you need for your home and health!
