I walked into the pet wash, there was dog hair everywhere. The dirty laundry hamper is overflowing and both tubs were filthy. Soap bubbles still lingering in them and full of fur. I opened up the towel holder and there were 2 towels remaining. I intended on purchasing shampoo and conditioner for the dog. I returned to the counter to ask the associate if the pet wash room could have a little tidying and disinfecting. He replied, " well that's going to take about an hour! If you want it properly cleaned!" I responded and said yes, indeed. That is why the pet wash is tended to in between each pet wash. It is not something that waits til the end of the night. I politely set my shampoo and conditioner for the dog down and walked out! Disgusted.

Not that I don't want to, I'm just afraid that he'll become reactive. I reached out Chris and explained the situation, that a new dog owner I've had him in classes, worked on socializing him and tried bringing him around people but sometimes I feel like he needs to experience things without using me and my husband as a crutch. He has to learn to adapt and adjust. Chris was great and cautiously welcomed my little guy. It's been tough but everyone has a lot of patience for my little buddy and they see that he's improving. Top to bottom and even on the floor. The right side is mostly for dogs and you'll see other items for rodents and snakes. And on the left side in a semi separated room, you'll see mostly cat and birds stuff. There's a cat roaming around there. I am allergic and so I was scratching and my eyes were itchy. I didn't know why until I saw the cat walking around. The owner / person working that day was a bit too salesy. I was already going to buy something but I almost changed my mind with all the upselling. The prices were pretty good (compared to my home state of California where I was visiting from) so I decided to get it anyways. They have cleaning supplies, food, beds, bandanas and more. It's local so it gets a bonus in my opinion since I always try to support local. 4 stars because prices were cheap compared to where I'm from but probably a 3 star store. So I'll give it a 3.
