To begin, it takes a LOT for me to be willing to give any company a 1-star review. I have used WNC Wash Pros a handful of times to clean my gutters and roof. They have always been reliable, responded quickly to communications, been professional, and done quality work. However, my most recent interaction with them a few weeks ago was quite disappointing. The day they were at my house, I was out of town, which I had communicated to them ahead of time. That morning, my roomate had left my housekey for me in a plastic bag under my doormat. When I arrived home that afternoon, the bag/key was gone. I looked everywhere outside and under the porch. I called my roomate and it was confirmed she left the key that morning. I had no way to get in to my house, so I called WNC Wash Pros and left a message and asked them to please ask their crew if they had seen my key or accidentally picked it up, since I could not get into my house. The tone of my message was polite but urgent, as you can imagine. They never returned my call. I had to wait a few hours for my roomate to get home in order to get inside. I sent an email the next day, again explaining the situation and asking if they would please talk to the crew that was at my house, and ask them if they had accidentally picked up my key or even seen it. The email was also ignored. I feel very disappointed that this company didn't even have the professional courtesy to respond to my call and email, and offering to ask their crew if they had seen my key to put my mind at ease. A compassionate response along the lines of "I totally understand why you would be worried. I'll ask our crew if they saw your key, and call you back" would have been welcomed. Letting someone on your property involves a lot of vulnerability and trust, and the fact that they avoided returning my call and email invites suspicion and damages trust, especially since they were the only people on my property that day. I was very clear that all I wanted was for them to ask the crew if they had seen my key or accidentally picked it up while they were cleaning my gutters. I ended up having to file a police report and had to change my locks. Unfortunately my trust with this company has been damaged and I will no longer do business with them, nor will I be recommending them to others. read more

After 20 years of being a Property Manager for residential and commercial properties, I am VERY particular about contractors. I have very high expectations and I'm nearly always disappointed. Not this time! WNC Wash Pros were GREAT! The 2 young men who came to our house did a fantastic job! They were polite, professional and courteous. They made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and cleaned everything from the roof to the foundation. They power-washed the windows. They got mildew and red clay off the siding. They charged 300.00 to surface clean my 1, 198 square foot apartment. A 20 year old girl showed up to clean, and did not move anything aside to dust or vacuum. VERY superficial cleaning for 300.00! The cleaner was there for 3 hours. Do NOT use WNC Wash Pros!!!! read more

If you value your landscaping and plants, I strongly advise you give these people a miss. I am an enthusiastic organic gardener, and I wanted to be sure that the solution used to "soft wash" the moss off our roof would not harm any of the plants I have. I was assured over and over again that the process would not harm my garden and that they had never harmed anyone's plants. I will let the pictures of plants that were healthy before they sprayed them speak to the truth of their statements. It is simply a lie that they will not harm your garden, and now they refuse to take responsibility for their lie. We would never use or recommend these people. read more

I initially wrote a good review. They were professional, nice and the house looked good at first glance... Then the plants around my house started to die. They basically spray a harsh chemical on your home then rinse it off. No actually washing. I also noticed some woodwork became HEAVILY bleached and antique hardware that rusted horribly. They assured no problems and since it was raining I didn't worry. Unfortunately the chemical soaks into the soil and plants die from the ground up, especially sensitive ones or where the runoff collects. Also annoyed by constant reminders to leave a review after I already had. Emailed about problem but no response. read more

Absolutely outstanding! I am truly overjoyed. Evan and Evan were extremely professional, informative, efficient, respectful, and hard-working. They arrived in a company truck with logos and with all required equipment. They were wearing company jerseys and neck gaiters / face masks. Evan and Evan answered all of the questions I had about what to expect, and they took great care to protect exterior speakers, screens, light fixtures, cedar shakes, and other delicate items. I had the entire house soft washed, and multiple deck and concrete areas pressure washed, including a deck and painted stairwell to be prepped for later staining and re-painting. The workmanship and attention to detail by Evan and Evan were amazing--I seriously cannot believe how clean they were able to get everything. There were multiple areas on the house that were covered in green algae, including in the highest areas on the second story, and their soft wash process removed all of it. The PVC deck railing around my front porch looks brand new again, as does the ceiling over the porch. The very dirty and dingy back wood deck and painted stairwell are now ready for stain and new paint. They know exactly what sort of wash (soft vs pressure) your areas require to meet your needs, and have the skills and equipment to tackle it all. You will be amazed at what your property looks like once they are done with everything. My first point of contact with WNC Wash Pros was over the telephone with Ben who was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. He assembled a quote for me within minutes and emailed it to me, complete with online options for acceptance and scheduling. The online process was so easy and efficient. He is highly responsive to texts, as well, as I sent him some photos and requests to add some things to my project quote. I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them. This company is amazing! Had moss growing on my roof from tree canopy. Just replaced it 11 years ago. Gutters were black in many places. I was thinking about replacing vinyl siding and gutters. A very expensive job, but these guys just left and all I can do is sit and look at house. It looks brand new! White glistening gutters! Roof looks amazing and vinyl also! House looks brand new! They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend them! Will use again.
