During visit went from fascia/soffit, gutter repair to adding a small section of roof repair. After consultation with his "Operation Head" we went to FULL roof replacement, gutters, soffit/fascia and a $18,000 dollar price tag. I inquired if we could just do the immediate repairs of fascia/soffit and gutters. Again after speaking to the "Operation Head" we were told no. We either had to do it all or nothing from this company. So advertisement of them doing REPAIR is false they will say the cant guarantee their work unless they do everything. So if you call them be prepared to be bamboozled and expect a crazy high price.

The Crew was wonderful, showed up on time, and immediately went to work and cleaned up after the install, they did a fantastic job. Contract said to replace flashing around chimney- DID NOT DO. -Charged for services not performed. -Roofers were drinking on the job. Found proof in our back yard after they left. -Had to call them back to "repair" what they had just "finished". We got up on the roof after they left for the day. They said they were done. My husband found 14 things that weren't done right. Took pictures of them all. Including, but not limited to, roofing nails not all the way in, roofing boots not sealed correctly, drip edge damaged, and flashing not replaced around chimney. After four years, my roof is leaking and they do not answer the phone or return voice mails. Out of the blue, I will catch a live person, and they promise to be more service-minded, but then we go back into the black hole of nothingness. No responses, no updates, and certainly no appointment for warranty related repairs. I was even given a personal email and cell phone of the office manager, which has been turned off. It's the ultimate passive aggressive move. I actually contacted corporate in Texas who is now tired of dealing with them. The last response, "I can't force the franchise" to call you back. In essence, I'm on my own. I am wondering if even the various layers of protective sheeting that I paid for were even installed as another contractor is seeing bare wood underneath some shingles. Do not use this company or fall for their promises of warranty and follow through. They are mere storm chasers and looking to cash in after storms and wind damage. When you need them after the install, you're on your own after spending $25,000 of either yours or your insurer's money.
