We only ever communicated via text (my preferred method since I work weird hours) but in both experiences, Tod and his team were friendly, punctual and honest. Their prices were the most reasonable I could find after calling 5 or more other companies. I am a female and I have, on more than one occasion been faced with condescending businessmen who seem to think I don't know how to find quality labor.
