When there's a holiday, they say it will be picked up a day late, but they still don't come. My trash has been out for several days. You don't want to take it in because they could show up. I go to the website to see if my pick up date has been adjusted, but it says my trash was picked up. Everyone has trash on the street. It's horrible. I feel there aren't many choices for pick up, which is why people stick with them. Others in the neighborhood who have another service get their trash picked up regularly. We're switching.
