You won't go wrong becoming a patient in this practice.... I highly, highly, recommend.

From the minute you arrive until you leave, you are met with kindness, understanding, engagement, and just stellar service overall. You can tell that Dr. Damron was purposeful and thoughtful as to whom he chose to be part of the staff- no matter their role. Every person seems to fit so well with their company culture. Even the front desk personnel are a delight. Take a moment to talk to them, especially Tiffany. Now let's talk about the dental experience. I always have a terrific experience with the hygienist, Michelle. Every time I have an appointment, I feel like I'm catching up with an old friend who happens to clean my teeth. Dr. Damron is a very patient, understanding, reassuring, and a kind dentist. I've had several different services and have never had any issues. He always seems to go out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable and I've never been in any pain. Believe it or not- I've even had a minor filling done with no numbing or anything! Dr. Damron explained how shallow the filling was and reassured me that I'd feel nothing. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I appreciated that he felt like I didn't need an unnecessary shot... so I agreed. And guess what?! I felt nothing! Oh and if you ever find yourself nervous during a procedure- or even a cleaning, ask if you can wear an X-ray apron. It's got some weight to it and someone who worked there suggested it before because it's almost like a weighted calming blanket. Rest assured this practice and its staff care about you as a person and as a patient. They do not try to offer unnecessary services and they also are good about presenting alternatives. Seriously. Love. This. Place!

I had orthodontic work and dentistry here as a child (over ten years ago). Maybe things have…read morechanged since then. But when I was eleven, Dr. Wiygul gave me fillings in the buccal pits of my four rearmost molars. Even though I'd never had a cavity in my life. Dentists I've consulted with since then agree that it was obviously wrong what he did. It's stupid and unnecessary to drill and fill a perfectly healthy tooth. What Dr. Wiygul didn't inform us of, is that composite fillings don't last anywhere near a lifetime. They aren't expected to last longer than about 5 years! You are left with a cycle of fillings that repeatedly fail and need to be replaced. Each time, the replacement filling typically must be a little bigger. This is obviously not good for the health of the tooth, especially since it is typical for decay to form behind a failed or "leaky" filling. The first of the four composite fillings finally failed this past year. In the long term, Dr. Wiygul's unnecessary procedure has created pain, hassle, distress, and monetary expense. I dread the process of replacing the other three of his stupid fillings, which are also likely to fail soon. I would almost certainly have a filling-free mouth today if it weren't for Dr. Wiygul. I often ask, why did he do this? Was it an intentional scam, or a deeply misguided belief that a drilled hole with a filling is better than a natural little ridge on the tooth of a young patient, who is not prone to decay and is diligent in dental hygiene? Dr. Wiygul claimed that the treatment was necessary because "food will get stuck there behind the bands of the braces." (Meaning, the metal band that goes around the teeth in some sets of braces.) This sounded sensible to us and we fell for it. But the orthodontic treatment--by his son next door--didn't even include bands! The only notable tooth decay I have ever had, occurred behind one of Dr. Wiygul's unnecessary fillings when it inevitably failed. Go instead to a dentist who respects the natural form of teeth and refrains from applying aggressive, unnecessary, and costly mutilations in the name of "prevention."

(You can read my review of that person on this site as well) Dr. Thomas and his staff managed to work me in between appointments on a Thursday afternoon and did a root canal for me without having to schedule a return visit. I'm not a big fan of dentists, I rank them (not as individuals mind you, simply in overall image and fear provoking terms) right up there with politicians and spree-killers. However, Dr. Thomas made every single effort imaginable to assure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and experienced as little pain as possible. More importantly, the following day he actually took the time to call me on his way home from the office to check on my comfort and to let me know that I was welcome to call him over the weekend if I had any questions or concerns. That, my friends, is going the extra mile and assuring a high level of client satisfaction that we find so lacking in today's disconnected society. The dentist tells us both we need fillings redone and uses a camera to show us the spots on our teeth as "proof". I don't know know what I'm looking at, so of course I'm going to trust the expert. Well, we decide it's odd that our last routine visit within the same year didn't mention any areas to watch so we get a second opinion. Absolutely nothing wrong with our teeth, no fillings need redone. If we did what the dentist suggested we would be out hundreds of dollars each and for no real reason but money-hungry "medical professionals." I never write bad reviews, but I have to warn others because I picked this place based on the previous high reviews. Scary! Also they billed my insurance for X-rays which I didn't get. Maybe that was an error, but honestly what percentage of people check their claims for accuracy and how many "errors" don't get caught?
