The dental assistant took an X-ray, and Dr. Williams returned to the room with a needle. At that point, I was unsure of what procedure was about to be performed because I had not been informed that anything would be extracted. I asked Dr. Williams whether he was going to remove a tooth because he had previously extracted one, and I was concerned about anything affecting my smile. Instead of simply explaining what was happening, he responded to me in a raised and dismissive tone, saying, "You can't even see it." I explained that I was simply asking a question and did not understand why he was responding to me with that attitude. I later learned that he was removing a fragment of a tooth that had apparently been left behind from my previous extraction. According to what I was told, this fragment contributed to the pain and infection I was experiencing. What concerns me most is that I was still charged for the procedure to remove the tooth fragment. I find it extremely frustrating to have to pay additional costs to address an issue related to a previous procedure. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this office. I believe patients deserve clear communication, respectful treatment, and transparency about their procedures and associated charges.

I went to a reputable Dentist who has been dentist of the year 4 years in a row and he told me in his 35 years he has never seen such poor work. The partials were not even flipper grade.
